We ordered Cincinnati style cheese coneys and they were terrible.
They were cold. Like they didn’t heat the sauce or hotdog.

First off, excellent service. He answered all my probably annoying questions with grace and professionalism. My free sample was orange chicken and let me sample the teriyaki chicken when I asked. Definitely go with the orange (if you’re not trying to be super healthy). They even “really steamed” my vegetables when I asked.(I don’t have teeth so I can’t chew through had vegetables).
Orange chicken tasted divine and was fresh and hot. Fried rice was hella good as well and not dry at all. Steamed cabbage really added a great extra and refreshing texture. I’m glad I opted for those over the wonton. They also had sriracha you could ask for no extra charge. Yum yum sauce available for .50.
Portion was good and price of 7.99 was great!
This experience would have been near perfect if only the damn tables were clean. They obviously have no control of that though.

Not sure what the hype is with the Teryiaki Chicken, but it is gross and has no flavor. The lo-main is absolutely disgusting too.

I don’t know what happened. I’ve eaten here numerous times, but today I was very disappointed. The front counter help / cashier waited on me with a toothpick stuck between his teeth. The orange chicken was good, but the toothpick between the teeth at the counter made it an unpleasant experience.

This used to be my favorite place to eat. I walked up when no one else was in line, placed my order and watched the cook put some precooked vegetables, pull chicken from a giant stack of old dry chicken then add some watered down terriyaki sauce, and put it on my veggies. Had the whole meal of nasty old food in less than 30 seconds. I’m pretty sure I just paid $8 to get food poisoning.

I’ve tried this place several times because of my love of Japanese food, but they’re sorely disappointing. Their food is rarely warm, and the workers come off as rude. They oftentimes add things to your meal you didn’t ask for and charge you for it. I took a bite of my rice today and felt like I’d just inhaled cigarette smoke. I’m not entirely sure WHY their rice tastes like cigarette smoke today but I’m officially done trying their food.

I don’t know if just came in a bad day but the rice was extremely mushy, the chicken was flavorless, the noodles were so bland. I had to request my money back for my two meals. It was just not good and didn’t look sanitary.

Not good. The food needs more flavor. It’s greasy and tastes like salt. $7.99 for shrimp teriyaki and they do give you plenty of it, but when most of it ends up in the garbage it’s not a good deal.
