Rollies is a great little ice cream shop and boba spot, come here frequently with my daughter she loves the YOLO and I usually get fruity bam bam, the boba is delicious and the ice cream is always a good treat, I do not feel they are skimpy on toppings either, employees are always friendly, if the store is busy it can be a bit of wait, but generally only one employee works except during peak season so keep that in mind, if you are visiting Marysville this is a must try.

The establishment offers an array of rolled ice creams, generously topped and visually appealing. The indoor seating area is small and cozy but the rolled ice cream packs a delightful taste. Additional options are available, including small crafts and drinks. During our visit, an employee was interrupted by an owner while preparing our rolled ice cream, receiving abrupt directions regarding the open sign. This minor incident did not deter the six patrons who entered to enjoy the establishment, but rather left a negative impression due to the owner’s manner of speaking to the employee in front of customers. Josh demonstrated exceptional friendliness and helpfulness, and no employee deserves to be spoken to in such a manner over a simple sign.

Our family (especially the kids) was excited to watch their ice cream being made. Very cute concept! And it was fun to watch the process. The workers put on a show with drawing pictures in the drizzle. However, the ice cream fell short of our expectations. The berry flavors were good, but the cream and coco flavors were bland and had an unexpected, odd texture. We will return, but only to get varieties with a strawberry (or other berry) base.

Nice quaint coffee shop vibe. Not enough seating or staff that work there to keep up with the number of orders coming in. Waited about 35 minutes to get my ice cream. Ice cream was good but not great. The flavors are very subtle, not bold. For the experience, I’m not sure it was worth the wait. Might try a boba tea next time instead. A solid 3 stars.

8/8/25 8:20 pm-I went in after a hot day wanting something cold, and we got just that, I’m not sure who it was that made our orders/helped with them. All I know they were young and there by themselves. They ran out of several ingredients but made sure everything was right. And we got what we wanted. 10-10 would recommend/ be back
