Don’t know who was in the kitchen or on to-go app orders today but She blessed my entire order so good, it was quite literally the best bowl I’ve ever had from ANY chipotle. This is consistently the best location on this side of town hands down, but they really outdid themselves today!! Thanks to the entire staff xx

Made the mistake of coming to this location again and yet again, they suck at giving right portion. Paid for double chicken and additional chicken 32 gms bowl. Barely gave me a scoop. When I pointed it out, got a cold shoulder and a smirky statement “This is all you get”.
Forget Chipotle. Never again! This location SUCKS!!!!!
Paid $4.99 extra for the side bowl of supposedly 32gm protein…this was not even 10gms (I measured it). Absolutely Horrible. Not coming back to ANY CHIPOTLE location.

I’m very disappointed at the fact that I go pick up an order to eat and when you get home all the meat on the food is raw. Worst part about it is you can’t speak with anyone even if call the store and the mobile app does nothing. This is very bad service and disgusting food. You need to train your workers to cook the food a little bit better.

I have been to many chipotles around this area but this one here takes the cake, the staff is amazing and welcoming especially Martha she made our bowls with such kindness and very attentive, and check out was so quick and simple got our order and ate everything on it, it was just full bliss of flavor I will for sure come to this location and just amazing service from Martha good job chipotle at this location

The food is usually pretty good so we keep going back. However, my experience today was not so positive. When we walked in, my daughter told the guy she hoped that he didn’t mind, but we’d be placing a large order. The male clerk with curly hair was quite rude and sighed as if he was put out. I then proceeded to ask him is that a problem for you and he slightly hesitated and said that he wasn’t sure if they would have enough food or not. All during this time there was even a full crew of people preparing more food in the back, so I don’t see why it was a problem in the first place. The rest of the crew on the front line were not very friendly either. This is the WORST service I have ever received before. So much so, that I am even hesitant to go to this location again!!! What a DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

1/17/25: Quaint little spot, almost unnoticed & hidden on Hwy 6 S & Bissonett near Mission Bend area next to Starbucks. Yep it’s the S.B. that directs your eyes and you’ll be so glad you patronized. Food: was delicious, simple fountain drinks (I had some pomegranate strawberry aqua or something…was a delight & refreshing) absolutely 5 Stars (Fresh & Filling); kinda pricey though so choose something you’ll enjoy. Wasn’t a fan of the chips… :/Service: kinda laid back tho our server was on her business and EXACTLY why service received a 5 Star. Atmosphere: was clean, chilly and cozy (cute NOT warm)! Perfect for a date. Lunch break. Gift/Treat for someone. 2nd visit EVER (different location) and both times were on point. Come check Hwy 6 & Bissonett location out; we’ll definitely be back!!!!

This place scamming customers.. If you go to this location, you will not get the full (scoop of meat) value for what you are paying for.
I asked the lady to please put a full scoop of meat on my order after I watched her put a half scoop (if that..) She stood there with a straight face and said “oh yeah that’s a full scoop!” Like really.. I’m not blind ya know..
Literally scamming customers out of the value they are paying for and I’m certain no one likes getting taken advantage of not even the half scoop lady.
