Reviews
When I arrived at 10pm, the floors were being mopped. All the drink stations were closed down and the nozzles removed. All of the specialty drinks were emptied, and the lids were stacked inside.
Most of the food items were empty and they told me that they didn’t have any vegetable eggrolls. They offered me cream cheese rangoons, which I declined.
I asked while they were closing down so early and she said they were ‘trying not to waste food’.
I asked about a drink. She said that they had already closed the drink station. I got home and ate the part of my order which you were able to fulfill and the rice tasted so old.
Your team failed on service and quality of food tonight.
None of this means to sound like a Karen post, I came here with the intention of a good time and having just got a great purchase at hot topic. I do NOT appreciate when people make me feel like garbage and genuinely afraid, she was acting like my abusive grandpa and that triggered a fear response.
If you enjoy Panda Express, go to a different location. This one is not worth it.
Before you ask “why didn’t I talk to the manager” she *was* the manager, nobody else I could talk to and I was already really triggered and afraid of having to confront her AT ALL.
THE EMPLOYEE DROPPED THE OPENED FOOD CONTAINER ON THE FLOOR THEN PICKED IT UP AND PUT MY FOOD IN IT.
That is absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. I can’t believe anyone wouldn’t throw that container away and get a fresh one.
Their Kung Pao chicken is excellent but the thought of what else unsanitary does that person do is nauseating and I will never go back.
