We went here to eat 6 days after a sleet/ice storm. The parking lot near the entrance was still coated in ice. Much of the walkway at the entrance was still coated in ice. It was difficult getting to the door without slipping and falling. The personnel inside were unconcerned: “we don’t have any salt” and “we don’t have a shovel.” After a WEEK nothing had been done to eliminate the hazard. Obviously a bad management issue at this store. I won’t trust the integrity and cleanliness of the food either after seeing the attitudes of the staff!

Stopped in for breakfast. The service was good.
I got the Ham, Egg, and Cheese Croissant. It was tasty. The hash rounds were well cooked. The food was served hot.

Doors locked and lights out on New Year’s Day with a sign stating open. Forced to order drive thru and eat in a cramped vehicle because they refused to open the dining room as stated on the hours.

We have been eating breakfast at this Burger King for more than three years. The food has consistently been good and is always hot. The restaurant is very clean and the management is courteous and helpful. We enjoy dining here and give the store high marks.

The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and provided quick service. They were extremely helpful and nice, and the food was fresh and delicious. I ordered the whooper jr combo which was absolutely tasteful. The restaurant had beautiful new renovations and was very clean. Furthermore, they allowed me to use two coupons at once when I placed my order. The service provided by the staff was excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed both the food and the great indoor play area.

We waited 15 minutes and no one took an order. There were 8 people in line and drive thru was full. We were told that the staff wasn’t allowed to take any walk in orders by their manager.
Note: 4 people working and 2 employees sitting in lobby. Plus, 6 customers walked out. No one did the employees make eye contact or knowledge anyone until spoken to after waiting 10 minutes

The most sorriest Burger King I’ve ever consumed. I ordered 2 orders of French toast sticks, one with a drink. A breakfast sandwich combo with hashbrowns. We didn’t receive any syrup for the French toast, no ketchup or condiment for hashbrowns after specifically asking, and for the straws we got little cute coffee stirrers that is shorter than the cup itself. What a SHAME! I will never be back to the location.

I came in around lunch time, and it was very busy, but all the workers were hard at work. I came in and ordered food for me and all my food, the best customer service of any Burger King I’ve ever been to. The young man, Christopher, was very kind and respectful. He had a smile on his face and was very welcoming. The overall atmosphere of this store is amazing, I will be returning here. Great job Burger King, thank you for the great service.
