Placed an online pickup order, show up when the app told me to. Foods ready just waiting on shakes, cool alright… 30 mins later still waiting for the shakes. Now the food is cold. Workers were rude when i asked how much longer for the rest of my order. Meanwhile the whole time they have some guy leaning his face on the little plastic sneeze window coughing all over everyone elses stuff coming out. Super disgusting.. and now i have shakes and cold gross fries. Thanks

Boyfriend and I stopped here. To start things off his burger had cheese which was wrong. So we get that fixed. Then I bite into my burger and first thought it was ehh okay….Tiny bit pink, but his was already wrong and I didn’t want to complain again. So I took another bite and it was more pink than the last. I took a third bite and it was so pink I spit my food into a napkin. At this point I brought it to the manager on duty and he gave me a gift card to make up for the burgers “not being up to par” his words. When I got back to my seat & I took this picture. This was way past not up to par. IMO

The crew were so nice but honestly, I think it was the shift manager, I’m not sure, they made my night. I didn’t catch their name though. They were so enthusiastic and happy. I really needed it more than I thought, I immediately went from feeling pretty mid to super happy. The food was great but it’s five guys, it’s usually pretty good. But yeah def will come back that was such a cool experience.

The Burgers are usually consistently good at all Five Guys including this one. Last few times I’ve gone it’s been off though. Today my 1/4 inch thick burger was raw, bun wasn’t toasted and was soggy. I like my 9 dollar burgers medium but not at fast food joints.

This has to be one of the best burgers in the area! The Fries are so deeeeelicios and the Staff…well that’s the reason why we go there! ALWAYS served with a smile and the comrodery amongst the crew is fun to watch!
Plus since they remodeled the seating area much better feel to the place!
