This will officially be the last time I’m ordering from Knoxville iowa Pizza Hut. Ordered a large order earlier in the day to make sure it was here by dinner. Said ETA was 4:40-4:50 NOTHING is delivered. I call at 5:10 just to see what happened or when it will be here. 18 minutes, 18 minutes on the phone just waiting for someone to pick up. Then it gets even worse because the guy said they hadn’t even started the order. Remind you it’s now 6pm everyone is hungry it’s too late to cook. The guy says they will have to cancel my order. What in the world is happening here. I’d also like to mention this is not the first situation it’s normal for the pizza to be late. The order to be wrong. The order have items missing. I’ve been nice and understanding for the most part but come on now. You had my number you could have called when you knew you wasn’t going to be able to complete order or you could have stopped taking orders temporarily.

We ordered 2 Supremo Sandwiches off app that said would be ready at 6:15 pm last night. Husband told me that I’d have to pay when picked them up to get the $7 each deal that he always gets. When I got in there at 6:15 pm, the girl at counter said our order wasn’t ready bit she could ring me up. She told me it would be $20.13 so I tried to explain my husband had a deal & should be $7 each. She said she didn’t know of that deal so the supervisor Amber came to register. I tried to explain that our app said the order would be $14 plus tax). Amber yelled at me that deal is not at that time. She was super rude. Order took over 10 minutes past time plys there were several other people waiting for pick up orders too.
Our sandwiches were over browned & hardly any dressing on them. Usually they are great.

Can’t follow simple requests on the phone. Can’t count the amount of times I’ve ordered from this place and was disappointed. No sauce on wings, cheese is completely burnt. I have to call or go back almost every time I order. Female manager is extremely rude.

If i could put a negative star I would. Manager burnt our pizza and yelled at us when we demanded a new one. Said “yeah yeah throw it in the trash” beyond rude. Do not go here. The replacement pizza we got is no better. Tastes like cardboard.

Ordered family order of breadsticks. Cold marinara 4 cups. Asked to warm them. Came back lukewarm 3 cups. Asked to warm them again, finally got warm sauces they said we’re “really hot, careful”. They were just warm enough. Asked for parmesan cheese. Brought one shaker 1/3 full. Asked for more. Brought another, 1/3 full. This was for 5 people. Ordered 2 PAN pizzas and got one pan pizza, sent the other back because it was not pan. Will update with how the pizzas taste and if they ever give us enough parmesan cheese.

Have dined here 3 times in the last two months and the service and quality have progressively grown worse.
We waited 17 minutes before seeing our server despite only one table occupied in the restaurant. We ordered a pan pizza and cheese sticks. The server brought out garlic bread with cheese and I objected informing her that is not what we ordered. She promptly responded, “I accidentally wrote the wrong thing down” and turned and walked away. End of discussion apparently. The correct item was never received.
The pizza came out and we waited again for plates and silverware which we only received after getting up and going to the counter to ask for them. They were out of straws and had no salt, pepper or crushed red peppers.
The supposed pan pizza was not even close to a pan pizza, rather a thin crust baked in a pan. I expressed my displeasure about the pizza, service and experience and was given a deer in the head lights look. My bill wasn’t even corrected to remove the garlic bread we didn’t order.
We will never frequent this establishment again.

Half the time they mess up the order and for the last order I made Saturday niget a 6:50 they failed to deliver.
Still got charged for it.
Called them tonight sunday 2/2/25 and they STILL faild to deliver my pizza.
So I guess if you like getting robbed here is the place for you.
