First the service is the best ever. The employees take their time to know who their customers are! Second the food is fantastic. I am a picky eater and have texture issues with food. I am trying to eat healthier to hopefully start a family and I can feel the difference in my body starting to not have as much processed food. Their food is not cheap but also not expensive. Cheaper than going out to eat. I love their ginger carrots juice and it gets me through most of my busy days.

I have been in search for a local health conscious grocery store for a while. This is it. They have done all of the hard work of what it means to make a meal, a beverage, while also giving everyone what their own family would have. I spoke to the owner Ed as I work across the street, he made me feel very welcomed. He explained they get all of their meats from farms they trust, all grass fed, while trying to get as local as possible. They also get ingredients for pizzas and others from Italy. I will be recommending this place to everyone I see as I tried the bison meal and if I could rate it, 11/10, I would. Pizza was great aswelll – (it is cooked already, however you must reheat whenever you are ready to eat it). Thank you for what you do, from my family to yours, both Ed, Danielle, and whomever made this possible.

We absolutely love this place! Ever since my son was diagnosed with celiac disease, finding safe and delicious food options has been a challenge — until we discovered this gluten-free kitchen. We’ve been coming here for a couple of months now, and every visit reminds us how grateful we are to have found it.
The owner is truly compassionate and goes above and beyond to make sure every meal is safe, fresh, and full of flavor. You can feel the care that goes into everything they serve. The variety of gluten-free options is amazing — it’s such a relief knowing my son can enjoy food here without worry.

The food is clean and freshly prepared. There is a variety of bulk and individual meals. And for the person with the sweet tooth like me, the dessert menu is phenomenal. I also like you can purchase for a night or go with bulk for the week. I have enjoyed all items that I’ve purchased.

I’m leaving this review based on professionalism and customer communication. GRUBR EATS responded to my Facebook comment with ‘more garbage’ when I recommended a competitor. That kind of behavior makes me question how they handle customers and feedback. Terrible.

Absolutely the best food and service! It has been so nice having delicious, healthy and fresh options for my daughter and our family! We started doing baby led weaning (where baby eats real food, not pureed) since she was 5 months old, and the convenience of Grubr meals, as well as the peace of mind knowing that what we’re offering her is wholesome and healthy, has been such a blessing! Now our daughter is turning one, and Grubr custom made her a smash cake that was both adorable, and safe for her to eat given her egg allergy, and we couldn’t be more thankful! The owners and staff are so kind, and Medford is lucky to have them!
