MY daughter and I come and pick up from here often, the staff is always friendly, food co.es.out perfect, and it’s always been ready in time. This evening there was a problem with the system and the staff were attentive and polite, explained the situation and gave updates to everyone that was in the lobby it only was a few minutes but the customer service was on point!! Thank you to everyone for working so hard. Very happy customers.

The place was great and I talked to the owner of this location briefly about an order I was picking up for delivery. I don’t know if he was the owner but due to how professional and passionate he seemed then he must have been. If he wasn’t then he should be because that was a man of integrity. He cared about the pizza baking right and getting to the customer HOT. I respect that.
Best Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to in my life and I’ve been to a lot of locations.
Not a lot of room to dine in if you were to do that but this location MORE than makes up for it with integrity and customer service! Top notch and I don’t say that about many places. 20 stars out of 5.

Normally love Pizza Hut but just had a terrible experience. Ordered the big box and both pizza’s were bad. Sauce wasn’t spread out, both were raw in the middle but especially my white pizza. Pure dough and was sopping wet with sauce underneath. Wings barely had any sauce. Breadsticks were hard and overcooked. They refused to give me a refund and only offered me a credit that didn’t cover what I had paid. Don’t order from this location.

I placed my order online said it would be ready in 25-30 minutes. After an hour I called the store directly and the person that answered said oh you owe .17 cents so the driver never picked it up. Excuse me? I paid it online with my credit card, of your driver’s are just too lazy to drive one mile then don’t offer delivery! I’m still waiting on my FULL REFUND! It’s like customer service is extinct and I refuse to give my money to lazy liars

Amanda asst manager is great and always polite no matter the circumstance. But this store is always short staffed. This past order took two and a half hours to deliver. I got the notification that my order was out for delivery over an hour after ordering and it took over an hour to actually deliver to me. The food was not edible. I have called multiple times asking for the owner to call me. They don’t. The owner obviously doesn’t care about customer service, making things right, or helping out staff at their store when short handed etc. so now I have to do a dispute thru my bank because the owner can’t be professional and handle their business appropriately. It’s too bad because I really like Pizza Hut when the food is cooked properly and hot. This is what the pizza looked like when it got delivered. My kid took a piece and they it away because it was no good.

Some of the best tasting pizza and wing I have had in a long time. My pizza was delivered with wings but the 2 liter Pepsi was not and the door dash driver said he was sorry but couldn’t do anything. So We called the pizza hut we ordered from and the manager took it upon herself and brought the soda to house. Above and beyond. I just wanted people to know the pizza hut on galley is the best one in the springs and we will definitely order from them again. Thank you.
