I usually don’t write a lot of reviews but I think of all the places I’ve been in, this Starbucks location deserves more than 5-stars!
For over three years, I’ve consistently received exceptional service every single visit. It’s always a pleasure, each and every time! The staff here are consistently professional, friendly, and genuinely care about their customers. Being in the service industry myself, that says a lot about this location’s management and team.
My coffee is always perfect made exactly how I like it. The staff regularly go out of their way to make sure every visit is a great experience. One gentleman, at times even brought my coffee to me while I was waiting! That’s truly above and beyond service.
I absolutely love coming here. Thank you for making the start of my day always so positive!

As a long time customer I just have to share how incredible the team at the Merritt Island Starbucks is! Out of all the Starbucks locations I’ve visited, this one truly stands out for having the most outstanding and friendly service with the most delicious drinks!
From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine smiles and such positive energy. The team here are not only kind and helpful, but truly joyful to be around. You can tell they care about their customers and about each other, which creates such a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Throughly disappointed in this Starbucks. I was advised at another location that if you pay for extra shots of espresso in a hot latte and do not want to miss out on milk you pay for or have it taste too strong to have them put it in a larger cup. I ordered it exactly the way I have at dozens of locations across the globe, never having one issue and they decided to argue over it. Destini decided to come over the speaker and state that the venti cup would not be full, I said I know but the extra shots will make it larger than a grande. She said “no it will not, it will only be exactly 16oz of liquid” , I said no it will be more because I am paying for extra expresso 1.5-2 oz to be exact. I said I know that the venti cup will not be full and that I did not want to have any less milk that the traditional grande recipe calls for. She continued to argue and the the head manager came to the window and continued the argument.
It is really not that difficult, the recipe for the grande calls for a certain amount of milk nearly 14oz and then 2 espresso shots equaling 16 oz(a grande). I ordered and paid for extra shots nearly 2oz and wanted the normal amount of milk for both flavor and because I paid for it.
It really did not have to be that difficult nor did it have to be a back and forth argument. Just put what I ordered in a venti cup, do not short charge the typical grande milk portion and add the extra espresso. The venti cup will not be full but it will NOT be exactly 16 ounces as a grande typically is.
Is not rocket science. I was at this location + times a week for the past year and will not ever be back.
I recorded much of the encounter for corporate to view.

I normally love this Starbucks location and the team is always kind and welcoming. However, today I ordered the Cannonball drink and it was very different from what I’ve received before. It tasted mostly like water and lacked the usual flavor and color.
I politely asked for it to be remade, and while I appreciate them remaking it, the second one tasted the same. I’m not upset — just disappointed, especially since I’ve had this drink before and know how it should taste.
I’m sharing this simply in hopes that there may be some additional training or consistency checks, because I truly enjoy coming here and want to continue supporting this location

This store is the BEST! We are always greeted warmly and it’s service with a smile. Orders are delivered promptly. My husband passes up many coffee shops just to come here!!! The manager, Lati, goes out of her way to help people in need. She is a gracious lady. Gabe, Jeremy, Jacquie and Kara are always ready with a smile and excellent service!!!

I have been a regular Starbucks customer since the early 90’s and have watched the product quality decline. Never left a negative review before but this is ridiculous. Stopped bye yesterday morning for a cup of coffee and an egg sandwich. Ordered the Egg White, Turkey Bacon, Cheddar. This is what I got. Possibly a 3rd of a slice of Turkey Bacon. Torn English Muffin. This is not ok. I dont know what has become of Starbucks. The coffee quality is not the same as it once was. I would much rather drive to Rockledge, and get a real cup of Café Cubano from Thrifty Produce. Seriously Starbucks you need to get it together.

I always have a great experience at this Starbucks location! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, whether I’m just grabbing a drink on the go or in the drive-thru on my way to work. The baristas are consistently friendly and attentive, and they do a wonderful job getting orders just right—even during the busy rush hours.

I was visiting the area and stopped by for a breakfast and coffee. They were busy but Olivia took her time taking my order, answered my questions. Very efficient and knowledgeable staff, they were all smiling and happy. Enjoyed my bacon Gouda with gingerbread latte by the way they were delicious. Next time I’m around I’ll come back here for sure.
