I’m confident that the pizza will be good. However, there were two issues in the ordering of the pizza. I have a voucher that I was hoping to use. I tried ordering a variety of different pizzas online and kept getting a message that I can’t use this voucher on a specialty pizza. I spent at least 15 to 20 minutes in my attempts. I finally gave up and just ordered the pizza without the voucher thinking that I would bring up the issue at the store. So issue #1 is for corporate: How are customers like me to know why they won’t be able to use a voucher on a Tuesday? Issue #2: At the store I brought up my frustrations about the voucher. I asked how a customer like me is supposed to know that a voucher can’t be used on Tuesdays. A good reply on their part would’ve been to tell me that there’s no way to know about Tuesdays at Papa Murphy’s when ordering online. Instead, they kept repeating that this is just “known.” I called back after doing a bit of research via another store that was more willing to talk to me and to patiently explain the situation. I then called the St. Louis Park store back. They did not want to hear my suggestions for how to politely inform a customer like me about Tuesdays at Papa Murphy’s.

Good deals! Good quality food for great prices.
Now because of how busy they get at times, it’s way easier to order online. My food has always been ready to go when I order that way. They can get pretty busy, not that the wait is crazy long, but it’s way easier to order online.

(my friend and i went in around 8:15pm on 11/07/25, and my order was placed online, and he purchased his $1 medium pizza in-store. please give this message to the employees who were working!!)

What is this? I’m not sure. I bought two pizzas with different ingredients and without cooking. I spent $45 on twin pizzas that ALDI sells for $6. I can’t believe what a lousy service!

Be careful ordering here. They will hand you your order and mistakenly miss an item you thought was included. They also failed to follow up with a refund after stating it would be granted. More hassle than its worth. Would recommend going to a different location.

I was ripped off, blatantly. I ordered a cheese pizza, a pepperoni pizza, one of those cinnamon wheels and some cheese bread. I sent my son and daughter to pick it all up. They gave them the two pizzas. That was it. I had to go back, with my daughter, and she said she would run in to get what was missing. They argued with her, so I went in. They argued with me. Having worked in retail, I know that there is a record of every order. They weren’t interested in pursuing the truth, only an argument. Yeah, I lost my temper, as anyone would when they are being robbed. Avoid this franchise like the plague. After seeing other reviews, I can tell it was the wrong choice to shop here. They are crooks without any honor, tarnishing the brand’s legacy.

Nothing to review, I got greeted when I walked in, asked if it was a pick up. Said “I’m thinking on what to order” got told “No walk ins, online order only” I didn’t bring my phone. So I didn’t order. Won’t get my business after that.
