Great little spot. Not a single bad dish and everything was really tasty. Meatballs were some of the best I’ve had in the city, really delicious. Arancini was really good too wish it had more filling. The lasagna was probably the winner of the pastas just great textures and flavors, Tagliatelle bolognese was very flavorful with solid chew, and the pesto ravioli was also very solid, couldn’t get too much shrimp flavor but a bit pick. Cornish hen main is fantastic perfect cook and flavor, steak was simple but perfectly cooked.

I set up at the bar. A lovely young lady from Italy was very attentive. I ordered many dishes to taste I guess my favorite course was the pork osso bucco which came in front of me and the fragrance was intoxicating.
I thoroughly enjoyed my meal

Exceptional food and great atmosphere (I’m a sucker for romantic low lights) and very good service. The appetizers we ordered were all delicious, cod pate, meatballs, arancini. The meatballs stood out, so flavorful and delicious. The steak tomato bruschetta appetizer was yummy as well, such good quality. Our entrees were the linguine spicy clam pasta, bolognese ragu and hanger steak. The bolognese had such deep flavor, hanger steak melt in your mouth and linguine was actually spicy. Overall such a delightful experience and the winelist was really good also.

A great gem within the neighborhood! We came here for restaurant week after years of wanting to stop by. The staff was friendly. The wine selection was great. Also had a variety of different appetizers and offerings which we hoped for. We did not realize I was a whole upstairs that allowed for additional seating. Our restaurant week meal was filling. Between the tomato salad, polenta and chicken, and donut holes, everything was great! Would definitely come back for some more wine and appetizers.

Ordered take out from the restaurant. I like to show up and then order so I get it right when it’s done. Waited 55 minutes. Paid 15 for a small pile of lettuce.

Horrible valentine’s date night. Absolutely horrible. Charged $300 for quite honestly not sure what.

Upscale pricing with quite honestly disgusting food. Felt bad for waiters.

All food tasted a day old.
– bread with oysters and cucumber. Bread was toasted but was crummy like a day’s old. Oysters were watery and very fishy. Could not finish half of the meal due to bad taste.
– 4 tiniest bites of meat on a skewer.
– tuna dish: dry, over cooked, and just tasted bad. Could not finish half the dish.
– duck with risotto: actually pretty good. Duck was well cooked, tasty. Risotto also good, although ever so slight taste of day old.
– pana cotta for desert: tasted bad. Could not finish half of it.
– tiramisu: good, basically the same tiramisu from Eatalay. I probably paid x5 times for it.
– did not due any wine pairings from over hearing neighboring tables complain about their delay and taste.
– we were served pasta dishes with no silverware.
– we were served pasta dishes with only a fork.
– overall meal time took 2 hours.

My partner and I did the $55 4 course meal. It was the perfect portion and delicious. It’s on the saltier side, but I love salty. The cocktail drinks was yummy too. I ordered the hanger steak and it was cooked to perfection. Will definitely come back!

A true Italian hidden gem! I started off with the fried anchovies and it was delicious! My man course was the chicken steak which comes with baked Brussels sprouts (which was probably the best Brussels sprouts I’ve ever had!). Will definitely go back there again!

This is a gem. It’s cozy with a large menu that is creative yet not too out-there. There’s something for everyone and I went for the gnocchi and scallops. The dish was shockingly delicious! My friend got the truffle and spinach lasagna and loved it. All in all an amazing restaurant that I’d absolutely recommend to anyone.

We have the best experience here at La Morra. The food is at high quality and the owner sauces the vegetables from the local farmer weekly. The steak is significantly amazing, they roasted with the charcoal giving the intensity aroma of the steak. Overall, amazing restaurant with great customer service.
