As I’m standing there ordering from the kiosk 2 of the employees and cussing and just having faul language the entire time I’m in there ordering my food and waiting on it acting like they don’t care that I’m in there. 1. They will never get your order right. Don’t want sour cream? Too bad, here’s extra. Want extra cheese? Too bad, no cheese for you.
2. Oh you ordered 3 tacos? Here’s 2 and you’ll be happy with 1 less.
3. Are you seriously making us work your order again because we messed up? We’re gonna give you less meat and cheese on everything we have to fix.
4. If drive-thru, we’ll forget straws for your drinks and sporks for your nachos or fiesta potatoes.
5. If your order inside at a kiosk, we’ll make you wait for your drink cup until your order is ready, which is usually 10-15 mins. Then it’s a 50/50 chance that we’ll give you one.

1 Star Review – Disrespectful Late Night Staff, No Help for Truckers
As a truck driver, I rely on places like Taco Bell for a quick bite during late-night hauls. I’ve been to this location before (next to the truck stop) and never had an issue grabbing food late at night until now.
I walked up to the drive-through window around 10:20 PM well before their 1 AM closing time, and the young girl working, wearing black glasses Immediately crossed her arms and gave me a look like I was a problem just for showing up. Not a word, not a nod, not even a “we’re closed” which they weren’t. Just flat-out ignored me and kept the window shut.
When she finally did speak, all she said was, “We don’t take walk-ups,” even though there was no one in line, and I just wanted to order dinner. No explanation, no courtesy just rudeness and attitude.
If Taco Bell is going to post late-night hours and be right next to a truck stop, maybe train your staff to show basic respect to the people who keep moving goods through the night. We’re not asking for special treatment just a warm meal and some decency.
Won’t be coming back to this location. Extremely disappointing.

My experience was pretty the same as everyone. I have no idea how you order a quesarito, and have it come out with no cheese whatsoever. Missing items and just everything was somehow cold even though I stood there while they made the order. Rude worthless workers

I ordered a Crunchwrap not only we waited longer then usual over 10 min it was burnt and it tasted nothing like a real thing supper thin no tomato little meat. Not a good experience. Will not come again. Bathrooms were disgusting.

This place is disgusting! The people working there weren’t really working…just playing around. It was dirty, they were out of chicken, beef and shredded cheese. No receipt available. The restrooms were really gross!

Lobby was not open, nobody came to the speaker in the drive-thru, then the door says open for “Mobile Orders Carryout”, but the app says online ordering not available. On top of that, it says to pick up orders inside, yet the doors are locked. How does a company expect to make money this way?? Why are the employees even “working”?

The BEST Taco Bell experience of our lives! We ordered on the app and ate our meal inside. Everything was clean. The staff were courteous, friendly, and helpful. Our order was 100% accurate (and we had a lot of customizations)! The restaurant had a more calm, relaxing vibe than the chaotic environment of most fast food restaurants. The only bad part of our experience is that every Taco Bell we patronize from now on will be a supreme disappointment compared to this one!
