First of all, love Penn Station, I travel for work a lot and eat Penn Station wherever it is available. This was without a doubt the worst experience at a Penn Station I’ve ever had. Highlighted especially by the incredibly rude service of the two ladies at the counter this evening.
I ordered my sandwich from a young woman who essentially didn’t say a word. I then sat down. When my sandwich came, it was not how I had ordered it. Specifically, it lacked pizza sauce and the extra meat I paid for. When I went up to the counter, a separate lady told me she had “yelled at me three times” that they didn’t have pizza sauce. I had not noticed this, and she said it was my fault for, “being on my phone.” She was extremely combative the entire time, absolutely refusing to accept any responsibility, offer any apology, or do anything to attempt to make it right, and begrudgingly gave me a refund. She then took the food and threw it in the trash. It should be noted that she was continually talking about how they were about to close. My sandwich was ordered at 7:42 PM according to the receipt, and they close at 9 on Sundays.
Hands down worst experience and staff I’ve ever experienced at a Penn station. I went to the Culver’s down the road and had a much better experience.

I loved their Philly cheese sub on whole grain bread. I ordered a small with mushrooms. My son ordered the classic Italian on white bread and we shared a family order of fries. The sandwichs were moist and fully loaded. You could taste all the ingredients individually. The fries were seasoned just right and we couldn’t eat them all. They had a different taste to their sandwichs and I loved them. The inside was very clean and organized. The coupon on Tuesday just sweetened the deal. 5 stars

Experienced great service and observed handling other customers kindly. Today was a very positive experience with the entire crew working together. Sandwich rolls for cheesesteaks and the fresh fries made the trip in worth it.

Against my better judgement, we went to the PennStation in Clarksville, TN last night and it was horrible (was horrible last time too, that’s why I said I would not go back). We ordered 3 subs and they all came out wrong. When I told the girl who delivered them, she literally just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. The guy at the counter argued with me and said I didn’t tell him but I explicitly told him how we wanted them. He was the only one cooking and taking orders, maybe if he had help, he would not have been so distracted. He ended up remaking two of the subs, but we got more bread then toppings. The lack of respect and care for their customers is insane. I will stick to it this time and not go back.

Everything was great. The only issue is not everyone wants to have a weed smell throughout the restaurant while you are eating. Not everyone smokes pot and some don’t want to smell it. I thought about eating in the bathroom because that was the only place it didn’t smell like weed, but the bathroom was gross too! Hard pass

Friendly staff and clean facility. Chicken teriyaki is pretty good, no complaints they’re. Also, they give a 15% discount to military members, although not sure about dependents. Convenient location and hours. It’s my first time ever eating at a Penn Station Subs, and it was pleasant and delicious! Thank you! See pictures below.

Very delicious and the servers coming out with the subs is a nice touch. This was a delicious sandwich. I had the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, and the hubs had the Reuben. Also, the fries were crispy and flavorful. Awesome!

Got ripped off at this facility. The menu says “monthly special” $13.99. I ordered an Italian sub and the “monthly special” which included fries and a drink. After I got to the register I was told I had to pay 19.99, because each item was separate, and the “monthly special” was only a parmesan chicken sandwich which was not even on the menu.
After getting to the register and questioning the bill, I was not offered any sort of “well I can just give you the sandwich”. There was no apology either. Instead I was told I was wrong, and I had to pay the full price for everything. And this price is at least 50% more than any other sub shop.
The sub itself was average and not with any sort of premium. Service was slow – also not worth any premium.
I will avoid this place in the future.
