Always loved going to Steak ‘n Shake as a kid, now I get to enjoy it with my own kids. Food was delicious and came out quickly. Great experience- excited to have this location close to home!

The burgers fries and shakes are absolutely wonderful. This is the best steak and shake. The food is always done right and the restaurant is super clean.

You order at the kiosks, which I saw a worker continually clean. They bring the food to you.
The food is pretty good. You have to pay extra for sauces and such. The Nutella shake was delicious
The manager was nice, and the girl working the dining room did a great job keeping everything clean.
Would I recommend this restaurant? Most definitely!

I ordered a Frisco Melt. It’s soggy bread that has been smushed down flat and barely toasted. The fries are soggy and not hot. I ordered a butterfinger milkshake and got a Reese’s milk shake with butterfinger pieces on top! ♀️

This place is a hidden gem. It’s a newer updated location in Wesley Chapel. First time there I saw that they didn’t have counter staff just kiosks. It took me a few visits to adjust but now it’s a breeze. The burgers and fries are excellent!! They use beef tallow oil (whatever that is)lol.. but it’s good. Burgers are perfect with onions and long sliced pickles. This place is cheaper than McDonald’s and 100% better!! The milkshakes are memorable. There is an employee named Mary Jane that is constantly cleaning. The place is immaculate. I come weekly and now have helped other customers get used to ordering on the kiosk. Five stars all the way.

The service and the food in this place is fenomenal. It’s so clean and sparkling. The service is super and food delicious. My family and I we had an incredible experience in this location. This place is great! Fast service, hot food. Decent pricing. I should have eaten more. Burger was small, but delicious. They have shoestring fries, and they are great.
The only thing I didn’t like was the ordering for yourself on the touch screen. More and more places do that now, I get it, but how am I supposed to know what I want, and what the deals are, if I’ve never been there before? I digress.
I really liked the place and will certainly eat there again.

We’ve been to this location in Wesley Chapel numerous times. At first it was great, never a concern. Now, the quality is really starting to slip. I’ve been given bad tomatoes with gross white and green core centers or mushy texture, and lettuce with the core piece present. My lettuce today had the core in the center and black gross wilting along the outer edge. Also, the last couple of times the shake cups are being filled less each time. I’m just hoping they return to the quality they had when opening, it’s sad to see the quality declining.

This is a very nice Steak N Shake! Clean restaurant and great service, even late at night. I came in around 9:30 and still received fresh food and great service.
