Just got 2 Pizzas and the staff were so nice with me we had some issues with payment, the internet were down but still they didn’t hesitate and gave me my order for free(free out order for customer ) Appreciate it guys God bless yall

I attempted to place an order tonight using the mobile app because I had received a promotional code from a previous order. I did not see an option on the checkout screen to enter my promotional code. There was however, an option to enter in a gift card code. Due to the fact that the gift card option only allows for a numerical entry I was not able to enter my alpha numeric rebate. So I made the call into the store to ask for assistance. In short I was told that the employees did not know how to assist me with my issue. Although the young lady I spoke with was very apologetic and uniformed with how to assist me I attempted to place the order over the phone but was hung up on. In conclusion, I have taken the additional time out of my evening to write this review because it is my opinion that if someone works for a company they should be given training to be able to assist with such an issue as this. Again the employee I spoke with was very apologetic but also mentioned that even the manager was not able to assist me before hanging up. This sounds like a great opportunity to get some additional training for all employees.

If you request a delivery over the weekend except long wait times; I don’t believe this is the fault of the limited friendly staff. If you can, I’d recommend placing carry out orders to check your food before taking it home, and reducing wait times. Highly disappointed when I got home and discovered half of my chicken alfredo missing.

Usually they are pretty ok, but theres been several instances where the car door delivery was incredibly slow then when the food finally shows up its cold. When it’s busy I understand they dont always have time but the past few times the kitchen was full of staff and it wasn’t busy and I had to walk in and ask for it because they didn’t deliver it to my door. The food was just sitting on a shelf. Not impressed by the service fir the car door delivery.

Placed a order waited for an hour and 40 minutes for it only to have to cancel it because for some reason I hadn’t gotten it. Called and told the guy who picked up I placed the order a hour and forty minutes ago and that the pizza was ready to deliver an hour ago only to be told “We were busy because of movie night I’m sorry” I’m just taking my business elsewhere now cause an hour and forty minutes for a mostlikely cold free pizza that i got for being a customer is crazy.

Made an online order put on the instructions that I only had a $100 bill to pay with, even called the store to notify them. The person that answered the phone said it was fine. Was unable to pay delivery driver due to not having enough change. Delivery driver tried to call the store so we could pay with card. Wasn’t able to pay with card over the phone. I then drove to the store, tried to pay with the $100 bill and was told “I have to make sure I have enough change” it was an order for $40 worth of food. Ended up paying with card, one of the pizza’s lid collapsed and was stuck to the pizza. Had to be remade, all the while nothing was taken off the bill. This all started at 5:30pm and ended at 7:00pm hour and a half of the remaining items that we ordered just sitting and getting cold. Managers that were present showed no care.
