I have never been a super-fan of Panera, but I also haven’t been here more than a handful of times.
This is just my take, but I can’t really say Panera is worth my time. There are usually craft sandwiche shops near by and they are usually better for about the same price.

Really enjoyed the seasonal chicken salad. The vinegratte dressing was very tasty and the beet strips added the perfect crunch.

This Panera Bread location is a cozy and inviting spot to enjoy coffee and a sandwich. As a regular customer, I’ve spent a lot of time here and have noticed a positive difference since the new management and team came on board. The staff are now much more attentive and friendly, which really enhances the overall experience. If the management continues to prioritize excellent service and customer care, this location will easily become one of my favorites.

Our orders are never correct at this location. Today we decided to keep it simple and just order bagels, even though they only had a few options available. The cinnamon crunch bagel we received was completely flat, like a slice of bread. They had to cut it by hand because it wouldn’t fit in their slicing machine. The cream cheese also had a grainy texture and an off flavor. We ended up throwing everything away after spreading it on the bagels.
At this point, we don’t even bother complaining anymore because nothing ever changes. In the past, they’ve said they’d send a gift card as an apology, but it never arrived. We used to love Panera, but this location has become consistently disappointing. Every six months or so, we give them another chance, and every time, there’s another issue. Really unfortunate.

This is at least the third time something has gone wrong in my order from this Panera location. This time, I ordered the Baja warm chicken bowl (which I often get), with extra avocado. My bowl seemed rather lacking in content and was definitely not extra avocado. Not much quinoa either.
My boyfriend ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich and it had several spots that were just bread or just onion, not nearly enough chicken to cover the sandwich.
The strawberry banana smoothie did not taste much like strawberries and not at all like banana.
If ordering from this location, I highly suggest going inside and verifying all is correct before heading home. Do not use the drive through!

While we were in Maple valley for a tournament, my family decided that they wanted to stop and eat at panera. Well my family’s meals were fine, I experienced probably the worst sandwich I’ve ever received from any restaurant anywhere. I had ordered their new Bacon Avocado Melt. Their system said that they were out of Gouda cheese, but the employee assured me that their system was wrong and that it was in stock.
Upon receiving my sandwich, I quickly realized how skimpy they went on the ingredients. With Friends having worked in restaurants, I know better than to send something back to be fixed. But it wasn’t until I was almost done with my sandwich that my wife realized that there wasn’t even any gouda on it. In all, my sandwich consisted of dry bread and about 1/8 inch of ingredients. See my attached pictures.
With the selection of restaurants in the area, I would highly recommend skipping Panera and finding something a little more worth your money. I definitely won’t ever be back.

This is a review for the rip off that all Panera Breads have become. I had forgotten to bring a water bottle for the gym and needing hydration, I went to Panera next door to grab one. They were out of water so I selected a relatively small bottle of flavored green tea. No prices were displayed but I figured it couldn’t be more than $5 considering the small size. Wrong! They rang it up and it cost $10 DOLLARS. And then they had the nerve to flash a tip request screen. Massive rip off. Panera’s food has been on a steady decline in quality and equally steady increase in price so I hadn’t been to one in a while before this. I should have just walked out. But, lesson learned. I will not be darkening the door of any Panera in the future.

Taking out a soup, bring your own croutons, as for pickup they dont add those.
And all this if you wait 20-30 mins in a drive thru.

This has to be the worst Panera I’ve ever visited! It took 15 minutes to get food in the drive through and I was the only car. Then they give me my food. Great. Unwrap the sandwich, and not only is it the sloppiest sandwich ever made, the avocado still has part of the skin on it! I know it’s hard to find good help when you pay so poorly, but this is unacceptable for how much you charge these days.
