I get food prices are up, but giving smaller portions at the same time stinks. The pan pizza is half as thick, the sauce for the bread sticks is about a quarter of the size it used to be, they don’t give Parmesan packs to go with the pizza or bread sticks and instead want to change another $1 for a side. The pan pizza tough and very had to chew. $26 for 2 personal pans and 2 bread sticks. It was very disappointing on every item.

This experience was experience horrendous! I will NEVER and repeat NEVER order here again! We ordered a pretty simple meal, 2 med pizzas 2 breadsticks, boneless wings and marinara. They showed up with no pizza! We call them and now 45 minutes later they’ll deliver the pizzas, but then I don’t even want to eat them! We called them and they say they put it in the wrong slot, again not my problem with you charging me the delivery fee and tip. Extremely disappointed. I’ll just order elsewhere moving forward. Do yourself a favor.

Ordered a Pizza that’s only ham and pineapple. Received a Pizza that was sausage and pineapple. And the way the team made it better was simply refunding $2. Not exactly an acceptable outcome.

This is probably the 3rd time I’ve had this issue but never complained until now. I’m not sure if it’s the delivery service or the store itself but I’m always getting cold/old pizza whenever I get something delivered. I came into the store personally to complain and the disrespect I received over MY money is beyond me. The GENERAL manager (told me is name was “Tab”)could care less about customer service. I couldn’t even finish a sentence without him cutting me off or looking at the stains on the walls as if my order meant as much and the gunk on the bottom of his shoe. I will never order from this store
Or Pizza Hut as a whole again. I’m better off with my frozen pizza and and self respect. You’ve been warned.

Ordered 2 L NY style pizzas. Extra cheese, light baked. easy & I’m only 9mins away from location. how can anything go wrong?.. well everything. Pizza arrived 20mins after the Pizza Hut online app estimated arrival time. Both Pizza came in cold, way thinner than appearance in ads. Super dry, hard to bite into, & painful to chew. Barely any sauce & cheese on the pies. Awful experience & taste. The cherry on top, one of the pizza’s cheese was burnt.

So I must say the cashier was very charming and nice and the food well it’s Pizza Hut the only reason I gave this 3 stars is because the cashier is on his phone via iPod ears and talking the entire time on the phon. There is only one person helping him and she is not on the phone but her expression is “if you get off the phone we can move faster”. I find it unprofessional. Now Ray was very nice but some customer service coaching is needed. Don’t want nothing to happen to him, just need some training.

If I could I would I wouldn’t select no star. Got my pizza and it wasn’t sliced. I then cut it for my children and called the store just to inform them of the mistake. The person who answered the phone asked do I want a store credit so I said yes. The manager Nakita(a man) proceeds to get on the phone. I explained what happened and before I could complete my sentence he said ma’am that didn’t happen. I said so you’re calling me a liar he then says I didn’t say that. I said you said that didn’t happen so what is that saying? He paused then I said this is exactly why I took a picture do you want to see it? I told him I wasn’t calling for a credit I was just calling to inform you of your mistake your employee is the one asked me do I want a credit. I asked his name and told him I’m calling corporate tomorrow morning and hung up.

On 6/15 @ 5:41 pm placed a take out order with Pizza Hut @ 1001 N Semoran Orlando , Fl. , arrived about 5:55 and was told it would be about 6-8 more minutes as I was waiting 5 customers came into store for pick ups but with only one person no one even greeted them , then about 6 p a male employee came in apron hand to start shift , then a young female came in in uniform to work , but not one person could acknowledge these folks at about 6:05 they started to wait on these people at at 6:10 they told me again it would be another 6 to 8 minutes this is when I lost it , the order was only a personal pan 30 minutes for more for a personal pan is TOO MUCH ! I have been a customer in this shop over 25 yrs. when I walked in the store smelled very damp and dirty. I will never be back !
