I’m going back again tonight and at least once a week forever !!!!!
Service was fast but employees “hastiness” came off rude and dismissive. I understand the goal is “fast food” service but the lady at hand out area was more worried about getting the food out rather than practicing hospitality/checking to make sure everything was there.
Overall atmosphere for drive thru felt uncomfortably rushed, aggressive.
The dining room line was so long it wrapped around the dining room full circle
All the guests in line were awkwardly close to guests dining in visibly making people uncomfortable as they ate.
-NO CROWD CONTROL
-2nd my cashier did not greet me as I approached the register . She was stood up from behind the counter bent over arranging something frantically and stared at me confused and Said Can I help you with a confused look.
-No greeting from an approaching customer for food , or smile but an awkward stare of confusion and silence
-When she asked for my name for the order, I told her Sebastian and she could not spell it.
I must have spelled my name out loud eight times and she still did not spell my name correctly, so she did not type in my name at all.
-I received my order and ordered lemonades for both combos And it tasted strongly like tapwater and chemicals.
-Absolutely zero taste of lemonade, just strong tapwater, and chemical Like city treated water .
-I called the location in Jackson, Tennessee, where I received my order and asked for a refund and they said they can replace my order instead.
Before this location opened up, I knew it would be a disaster because there is no standard for business excellence here in Tennessee. Only major cities like Nashville take their business excellence seriously because there is a lot of money flowing in and out of the city. But for a location like Jackson, Tennessee it’s up in the air as long as the employees show up and we throw out contaminated drinks and food. We are doing excellent.
Chick-fil-A has the exact same set up because canes copied it from Chick-fil-A as far as their drive-through
But Canes failed to survey the crowd control measures that Chick-fil-A uses inside their dining room to keep paying guests away from guest that are enjoying their meal..
It was absolute chaos inside the dining room in canes and it was so extremely loud that my ears were ringing 30 minutes after I left you cannot hear the cashier speak. You cannot hear the person next to you. The music is too loud and there is too much gas talking at once and it is just chaos.
People were trying to cut in line because they did not understand where the line started and where it ended
Please leave this location and give up your business spot to a more appropriate fast food industry with business excellence
