I wanted to take a moment to share a very disappointing experience I had during my recent visit. When I came through the drive-thru, the female manager who handed me my food was extremely rude and unprofessional. She never greeted me, didn’t tell me my total, and simply stuck her hand out for my card. When she handed me my food, she practically threw it into my car without a word or even a smile.
I spent $34, and I expect to be treated with at least basic courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, her attitude was cold and unwelcoming this is not the kind of service I expect from your establishment.
On the other hand, I do want to recognize the young lady who took my order she was very polite and friendly, which makes this experience even more disappointing when compared to how the manager treated me.
It’s also concerning that this particular location already has a 3.4-star rating, with multiple reviews mentioning the same manager’s poor attitude, yet nothing seems to have changed. If her behavior continues, I won’t be returning until this issue is addressed.
I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously. Customers deserve to be treated with kindness and respect no matter how busy the store may be.

Regularly nukes my bagels to the point of them being inedible. Drove 10 minutes to grab some “fast” (slow) food. Drove 10 minutes back home and was delighted to behold two dragonfire charred levels of burnt bagels. Do you think it is acceptable to serve this in the drive thru? It’s a waste of my money, and a total waste of food. Even knowing it’s just a humble Tim Horton’s joint, Gordon Ramsay himself would accost these people for their joke of a restaurant. It’s laughably terrible.

Tim Hortons is going down hill fast. They are inconsistent with how they make drinks and the place is never clean. I ordered a tangerine refresher and it was basically ice water. No flavor at all.

maple waffle served with what looks like pubic hair. I thought of returning but the drive through lady did not give me a receipt yesterday on July 6th at 6:30am. I am disappointed and mad that first meal that I had was like this. The only reason I got this maple waffle was they did not have the maple doughnut in the first place. The maple waffle was small and I did not want to out the throw up on pic. zoom in to see the hair. I did not even want to provide one star.

As someone who comes to this place almost daily for two years, this morning I was charged extra for something I’ve NEVER been charged for before. I questioned it and told the “manager” who wouldn’t tell me her name, that maybe she should educate her staff so they know to charge the right amount for things. She then threw my card back at me, flipped me off and wouldn’t give me a receipt. And told me I was barred from the place. I will be contacting corporate. This morning crew is a joke.
