OMG! This burger was amazing! All the ingredients are so fresh and crisp. The fries were perfectly crisp on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside with just the right amount of salt!

Possibly the thinnest burger I’ve ever eaten. I could only taste lettuce sauce and pickles. There’s a problem when the pickle slice is as thick as the patty.

Best burger I have eaten in many, many years. Nice clean food cart, tucked away off the main drag. Friendly husband and wife duo deliver service with a smile. Fresh ground beef daily, strong maillard reaction on the smash burgers. Crisp fries. There are many good food carts in the world but this one is exceptional.

Great smash burgers! I got a triple and my wife got a double. The burgers are moist, cheesy, greasy, and amazing! The fries are ok and I appreciate having them for the prices, but we would honestly rather have a burger for a dollar less and not get fries at all. We’ll be back!

Wow! Glad we stopped here on our way up the coast. Will become our regular stop every time through here from now on. One of the best real smash burgers I have ever had!!! Double smash with cheddar, egg, lettuce and tomato. I ate the burger and fries so fast I couldn’t even get a picture of it!!! And to top it all off, veteran owned and operated… thank you for your service all around.

Stopped in for a smash burger and fries on our road trip down the coast and it did not disappoint. The patties had a nice crisp to the outside but weren’t dried out, exactly how a smash burger should be. The drive were salty enough to be flavorful, but not so salty your doctor will shame you on your next set of labs. 10/10 will for sure stop in again.

Great food and even better service! Was there during other negative review I just read about kind of oils used. The customer asked chef what oils he uses, chef gladly showed them the exact oil and the customer chose to still order. The customer was rude about price, product and service the whole time even before they got the food. Chef couldn’t have been nicer about the whole situation. My family all ordered burgers and fries. We all thought the food was great! You could tell it was fresh ground chuck & brisket beef and a lot of thought went into concept of burger. My dad said it was the best burger he’d ever had!! He’s 78 and grew up on a cattle ranch! Highly recommend!!!!
