So sick of paying $5 for a coffee that’s almost always wrong. I made it half an hour down the road with someone else’s coffee and another Dunkin wouldn’t fix it. Not going to Dunkin ever again. So whack.

Actually pretty disappointed. My husband went their to get me a large hot matcha latte. My drink was missing most of the liquid before I even got to drink it. To say I’m upset is an understatement. I will no longer be getting Dunkin’ from this location.

The guy at the window needs to check his attitude, because one day he’s going to mess with the wrong person. Just because you were closing in 30 minutes doesn’t mean you can act like a jerk. I honestly wanted to throw my drink at him. I’ll never come here again.

This is a great Dunkin!! I’ve been to many where they mess up your order or it takes a long time. This one my coffee was made perfectly multiple times. I pre order through the app and pick up in drive thru and didn’t even have to wait long even though there was a line like 6 cars deep. They definitely moved fast here. And super friendly too!

The only Dunkin I know that only gives a senior discount on coffee only. I spend 11.00 when I stop there and they only give me a .17 cent senior discount.

My biggest complaint, I had their hash browns, they were very soggy and had a bad flavor. I believe it is because they were cooked in old oil that had not been changed in a long time

Literally the best Dunkin’ around this area. They get your order correct everytime. Don’t let that line around the building fool you, they are fast and accurate. I’ve been here several times and have not had any issues. Staff is always polite.

I moved to Addison 9 months ago and this location WAS my favorite. Sometimes a line in the morning, BUT I stayed loyal to this store.
Unfortunately, this location is a revolving door when it comes to staff. The 2-4 staff members who are the main adult workers make my order very good, accurate & consistent.
Today, I made a mistake and left my card and had to pay with coins at the drive thru window. I stop at this location 5-6xs a week and this is the first time I didn’t have my payment ready and the staff was VISIBLY frustrated. I felt bad already, but then the Manager approached the window to tell me “next time you should come inside because there is a line after you”.
I work in the Drive Thru industry as well so I UNDERSTAND his job as a manger is to keep Drive Times consistent, but a pleasant Guest Experience should be just as important. Thankfully, Addison has 2* Dunkin Donuts on Lake St .
Just a simple smile 🙂 from the drive thru window Cashier would greatly improve Guest Perception of this store. The experienced staff are visibly stressed & frustrated.
