Great Burger King! Really appreciate the crew at my location. Place is always clean and I have never had to wait on an order less then 10 mins. I do order inside to go always. Tonight the fam wanted to try the Halloween Menu. To the guy that made my Franken Candy ice cream. He made it then put it in the back cooler while I awaited for my order. Great Crew working. It’s why I always return and wanted to give them a shout out.

The workers always seem over it. They take forever to take your order even though they see you standing there. The drive thru sucks, they take even longer there.

I waited 34minutes for 1 whopper meal. There were no other customers when i made an order. They shifted at 5 p.m. and removed my order from the list. When I asked, they said that they don’t know because they didn’t take the order. Eventually my whopper burger was found cold in the corner and they made it again.

This BK is absolutely ridiculous. I am a dasher and I went in today to pick up an order to deliver. 11 am there’s only 2 people working for lunch rush. 1 on drive thru and one on the make table. The order had been on the screen for 9 minutes when I arrived and had not even been started yet. Took almost another 6 minutes to get the order after I arrived. The drive thru guy looked lost trying to bag it. He then tried to put a slushy in the bag, with no sticker over the top, and when I asked him to please put a sticker on the top, the lady on the table got an attitude. Now mind you. For years I worked in Fast-food management and I watch everything. I know the food is fresh. But if you had the proper amount of people working, the store would run so much smoother.

My husband I tried coming in for coffee and hashbrowns at 6am. We sat in the parking lot for about 10-15 minutes waiting for them to open. Their were 2 other cars in the Parking lot as wel but not sure if they were employees or not

This was, by far, the worst breakfast meal I have ever purchased. To begin with, I placed my order online and got the message that my order was in progress. I went to the restaurant 20 minutes later, on the way to the lake to go fishing, and the counter associate told me the order needed to come through. Yet when she typed in my name, it was there. I waited patiently while she “made” our croissants. Which we choked down as much as possible on our way to the lake. That being said… the hash rounds were cold and hard, the sandwiches were lukewarm with soggy croissants and while eating my ham and cheese croissant, I ran into a piece of plastic (see photo). I was going to do this through the receipt survey, however, the receipt was cut off just before the store number, and I was unable to enter the survey without it. I have never had this disappointing of an experience anywhere else. It’s a shame that quality and customer service has dropped so low at this location.

Might as well hang a sign out front that says “GO AWAY”. They must make a ton of money at lunchtime from the highschool in order to offset paying the people squatting in the building during regular business hours.
