My wife and I came back to town with the kids this time. We had to come back to Burn. The food again was fantastic. Pizza is really good. My son had grilled chicken with potatoes and the potatoes were really good. Burn is a fantastic place.

Came here on Saturday night around 7pm. We were essentially the only 2 customers. That didn’t stop our server from giving us the royal treatment. He did explain that they get busy on the nice days a little later as people are outside enjoying the beach and the weather. Business did pick up while we were eating and later on looked busy when we drove by again. We ordered personal pizzas for dinner. My wife got the plain pizza and I got the sweet birn pizza. Just a fantastic pizza for both of us. The crust was fantastic amd cheese and other toppings, especially the meatballs, onions and sweet peppers on my pizza, were great. The only issue was the sauce was light on the pizza so it wasn’t detectable. I didn’t mind as I has so many flavors going on but the plain cheese felt like it was missing sauce even though we could clearly see it on the pizza. These are minor, I mean minor complaints as the pizza was fantastic. I would recommend 100%.

I recently ordered two pizzas for takeout from Burn, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! I went with a traditional Margherita and a plain cheese pizza, and both were absolutely delicious.
The wood-fired crust was perfectly crispy yet chewy, with a subtle smoky flavor that elevated the whole experience. The Margherita had just the right balance of fresh mozzarella, fresh cherry tomatoes, basil, and olive oil, while the plain cheese was rich, and just what you want from a classic pizza.
The customer service was excellent, too. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made sure everything was ready on time. It’s clear they care about their food and their customers.
Highly recommend if you’re in the mood for top-notch wood-fired pizza! Prices were decent.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and am glad we did. Service was FAST and friendly. We were the only ones here when we arrived but a few other tables came in before we left. We ordered a small (12″) pizza and it was delicious. Would definitely recommend and we’d come back again without hesitation. The only “negative” is the strong wood fire smell but it wasn’t obnoxious and wouldn’t deter us at all.
Looks a lot nicer on the inside than the exterior of the building lets on. They also have a stage area for live entertainment maybe?

First AND last time wasting money here. Ordered a large (more like a medium at best) pizza for pick up. When we opened it at home, most of the slices of our 30$ pizza were dough bubbles. We called to speak to a manager to see if anything could be done & he would not take our call. You could hear the male manager tell the woman if she could take a message instead. She told us to bring the pizza back “for quality control” & they would make a new one.
Brought the pizza back & the manager wouldn’t even look or speak to us. He had to bartender/waitress handle everything while he stood there watching the some performer. After the woman gave us the new pizza, I opened it to check & compared it to the first one. The manager meekly said “Yeah they should have popped these bubbles. You can keep it if you want”. Which we didn’t & left the first pizza at the bar with the saddest/meekest manager I’ve ever spoken with.
Worst part was, we did all this just to get home & eat the most flavorless pizza of our lives lol The only flavor you could taste was the salt from the prosciutto

This was our first visit, and we were pleasantly surprised! The cheesy garlic bread was perfectly cheesy with just the right touch of garlic. The mild buffalo chicken pizza had the perfect balance of spice and flavor, and the crust was spot on — crisp yet soft. The only thing I would do differently is use shredded chicken instead of cubed.

How this establishment fell below my radar for so long baffles me! (They have been in business for four years) I don’t know where to start when it comes to the ambiance of Burn. It’s your minds most interesting thoughts gathered with elegance, then throw in a dash of amazing & there you go. The tables are lovely, the walls are filled with art that will make your head spin in a good way. Abstract, modernism, contemporary art with amazingly artful skateboards adorn the walls. You have your conversation starter right there. I am regretting not captured the images to share.
GREAT sized bar, laid out perfectly with an array of liquors you may never have heard of but sure do please. You get an education that was unexpected (the owner was talking to us, hysterical guy, he was explaining some of the different alcohol choices that are comparable to what you may be accustomed to but better). It amazes me that you can have a good time and have your taste pallet changed. I love when people can explain a drink, etc. & you can learn something you never knew.
Now to the food!!!!!! Ok so I’m sure we all have had pizza from a “wood oven” however, not this. There was not one part of the pizza that wasn’t crispy, no sogginess. The taste was amazingly fresh and delightful. The menu is a twist of “regular” items made bigger, better & faster. I am still in awe the next day.

First time trying them out and we were pleasantly surprised. We went on Wednesday for half off pizza night off season. We had the buffalo pizza and the meatball pizza and both were really good.
