Burley’s KFC does a special on Tuesdays. You would think they have chicken available for that special ESPECIALLY during dinner hours between 5-6:30 when they’ll get the most service. I arrived shortly before 6, they told me it would be a 20-25 minute wait and I was okay with that, I told them I’d wait out front. 40 minutes later after not receiving my food I went in to ask. The staff all distracted, hardly working, started to apologize and the girl that took my order had the audacity to say “I told them it would be a 20 minute wait’
I have a hungry family waiting at home and if this is your special, you should definitely have it already ready to serve under a 20 minute wait.
I will not be visiting again and I’ll suggest the same for others.

I called in a pickup order and got there 30 minutes after I called it in and it still wasn’t ready they said they were waiting on the biscuits. I see them give biscuits than to a guy in front of me after waiting a few minutes and than they made me wait 20 more minutes just for biscuits they don’t care about there customers

Forgot the gravy. Mom went back. The manager took the receipt and called my 75 year old mother a liar. Wouldn’t let her have her receipt back. She’s a regular that goes weekly and sometimes buys for other families who are less fortunate. Not the way a business should run. Have made it public to corporate. Next time just give the old lady her gravy.

The best chicken sandwich. It tastes amazing with the pickles on it. Crunchy pickles. Great price. Great price and the sandwich makes a great meal with some of KFC’S coleslaw.

Been waiting outside for a half hour. Was not told at the window there would be any sort of wait. You can see in the window workers standing around doing nothing with 4+ cars waiting for their food outside.

We attempted to give this location another shot tonight. We haven’t eaten here in about 2 years as the last time we did, all of us were running to the restroom. I ordered ahead online and when I arrived, my order wasn’t ready. Ok, fine, a few minutes, no big deal. No, I waited for almost an hour, was handed the wrong order and missing my sides. One of the employees said they were out of extra crispy breasts, and asked if I wanted original. I told them no, I wanted extra crispy as I ordered. Settled on an extra thigh. But her attitude when I did not accept the original recipe was not appreciated. Safe to say, this was our last time eating at this location.

The floors were filthy. The entry way doors were disgusting. No toilet paper in the ladies room. 2 customers waiting and the workers were just hanging in the back kitchen chit chatting. Waited at least 5 minutes before they realized we were there.. it was the worse kfc I’ve ever been to

Called several times the minute they opened. Couldn’t get anyone to answer. Had to drive there to place an order for 25 people. I was ordering for our entire store. I walked in and wasn’t even get greeted for 10 minutes. When I was greeted, it was cold, short and rude. When I ordered, she acted as if I was inconveniencing her. She became frustrated with me! I had to rearrange my order to fit her availability. (Didn’t think 25 people was that much, but I knew it was only an hour till lunch, was trying to work with them) I rearranged my order multiple times as she kept telling me, “that’s gonna be a lot” or “that’s gonna take a while”. We finally came to an agreement that I would give them more time and get the easiest items. (She was still very put out) I spent almost $400 and told them I’d be back at noon. I came back at noon, and again wasn’t acknowledged for quite some time, and my order hadn’t even been started! When I finally got to talk to someone, I asked if I could please get an update on my order. She replied, were busy I don’t know. It’s going to be a while! (Very short, and rude) I told her I understand. However I also have an entire company waiting on me. So at least an update would be nice! Approximately twenty minutes later I hear a guy in the back say Are they here for that big order yet? The girl says yes. He says well let’s get started on that then. I waited another fifteen minutes and my food was brought to me. If it only took them 15 minutes to make it, Why did I have to wait an hour and a 1/2 and be treated so poorly for ordering it in the first place. This was the worst service I have had in a very long time, anywhere. I was very calm and even rearranged my order several times to Accommodate them. No apology for the wait, And certainly no appreciation for the business. Our company will never do that again!!!!! I will say that the guy that was working in there when I showed up to get my food, was working hard and fast! He did a great job of getting orders out when he was handling them. They need more help like him. Thank you to him, or I probably wouldn’t have even got my food when I did.
