My order is NEVER correct. I am beyond frustrated! I spend over $5 on my drink and each time my drink goes in the garbage. I order a white hot chocolate and always say with no coffee and there is always coffee in it. Do better Starbucks!

I’m gonna be honest I’ve waited a very long time. I’ve been there about 15 to 20 times with horrible experiences before I ever put a review up, but I’m gonna be perfectly honest. I think that this is one of the worst Starbucks is that I’ve ever been to in the last 10 years of drinking coffee with them. They are slow. They do not do their jobs. There’s maybe two employees in there that actually do work and then the rest of them stand around. I have been late to several occasions in several events and been late to work multiple times because of this Starbucks in particular, I can put in a or online order which I do pay more for always seems to get put behind other people that are coming in. I go to a Starbucks, literally up the road in Eastgate that can do the exact same amount of drinks in 1/4 of the time so I’ve never really understood that I’ve also made sure I’ve never put a bad review up but at this point I’ve literally never been on time if I ordered to this one, they will make you late doesn’t matter if the coffee is good or bad you will wait in the astronomical amount of time for it.

I have been to many Starbucks locations but I honestly cannot stop telling people about this one. I work in customer service and my passion is making people’s day and this staff here does a great job of it. I’ve never been to a Starbucks location that says hello to you the moment you open the door. And not just one person, but everyone. And the staff remembers you and makes you feel special. I received quick service every time I visited this location. Great job to this staff!

I stopped in at this Starbucks today as we traveled on vacation. It was clean and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly. All of our drinks were expediently made and tasted good. If I lived in the area, I would definitely visit this Starbucks. If you are in the area, stop on in and grab a coffee.

Very nice location! Newly renovated and very well put together for its location size. The drinks always exceptional and created exactly how you want it to be! Only down side is the staff is not always friendly. But Caitlyn is the true gem of this store! Always very friendly and efficient. I continue visiting this store just because she is so pleasant!

Went inside and was looking around to order. There were about 10 flies in the display case, the door of which was open, and they were crawling all over the food. The manager came out of the back and happened to be the one to ask for my order, and I said “you know you have a ton of flies in the display case.” She put her hand on her hip and just looked and me and said, “Yeah.” I said ‘have a good day’ and walked away, and I heard her scoff behind me. Gross and unprofessional. Do better.
