First let me say, we love Ziggi’s and are in the vip class, but why the big turn over at Split Rock?? We are old and creatures of habit with our orders and a lot of the wonderful employees remembered what we order…made us falsely feel special, but sad to say a lot of those employees are gone. (“B” was the best!! She was always happy and friendly. But when I asked about her…fired…. WHAT?? I am only a customer not an employee, so I don’t know details but you sure lost a asset to your business!!
But my disabled veteran husband still has to have his treat so we come and are mostly greeted with smiles but we miss our “B”

I’ve driven through and ordered at this location many times. I was wanting a Chai Tea but asked about adding the pumpkin pie flavoring. She gave suggestions and took my order. I paid and left. Then I took a drink, and I was so surprised! That was the perfect fall drink that I was craving. I went back through the drive to let them know, but I didn’t tell them how wonderful they all were until I could see them directly at the window. They were expecting a complaint, but they got just the opposite (which they deserved). I told them thanks for doing a fantastic job, and gave them an additional tip. Thank you Carly, Kam, Frankie and Hannah for being so friendly and helpful!

Love coming here. Service is relatively quick and I always enjoy the coffee here. The food here is also good, especially when you can get it hot. The seasonal items are also great, especially the pumpkin chip bread.

I placed a mobile order this morning. When I got to the location, it was incredibly busy. The drive through had a huge line. When I got in there, there was only one lady making drinks and was obviously stressed. Not one customer appeared to be giving attitude. Everyone seemed understanding of the situation, myself included. The lady making the drinks was cold and irritated to anyone who asked or said anything to her. People who had ordered after I had been there a while were getting their orders before myself. Which I thought maybe it’s just the way the stickers come through and continued to wait. I got my coffee but waited for my sandwich. When (I later find out her name is Amanda), asked what I was waiting for I tell her and show her on my app. She yells to the girl at the drive-through and tells her to make me the sandwich. When she turns back around, I said when you get a chance, may I please have two pup cups. She didn’t respond outside of a loud huff. Then walked away. And did not get me the pup cups. Still I did not give attitude I was patiently waiting. I hear the girl from the cash register tell Amanda , “you’ve got this.” Amanda didn’t even respond. My sandwich comes. I get my pup cups. I say to Amanda, “hang in there.” Again to which she ignored me. I leave without a care. Realizing she was in a highly stressed environment at the time. Until I drive home sit down to eat my sandwich. Open it up to find that it’s the wrong sandwich. It’s cold. And it appears that somebody took a bite out of the bottom bun. So I drove back up to the place. Wait in line for 10 minutes. At this time it’s probably 30 minutes later than when I originally left and it is still very clearly busy and backed up. I get to the counter and I show the girl and ask her if there’s a manager outside of Amanda to talk to you. She doesn’t even listen. She just calls Amanda on her headset and walks away. Amanda clearly huffs (Again) comes over to the counter asked me what’s wrong. I show her the sandwich and she said, It’s cold and what? And I said for one it’s the wrong sandwich. It’s cold and it appears that somebody took a bite out of the bottom bun. She looks at me, grab the sandwich and package and said that’s not a bite and throws in the trash. Then stands there looking at me with disgust and attitude with her hands folded together and says What was your sandwich? I said it’s obvious you’re busy is there anyone else I can talk to? I will take a number or they can take my number instead of having to take away from your time. She said no I’m the manager. What was your sandwich? Hands still folded. Face of disgust still present. I just looked at her and she goes, I’m the only one who can make drinks here so what was your sandwich? And I said never mind thank you very much. She rolled her eyes and walked away. Not once did I get an apology, not once did I get a friendly face. So I just paid for a sandwich I did not receive, I gave a tip that was undeserved, and I wasted gas and time to be treated like I was the problem. All she had to do was apologize. Also, the place was still incredibly busy when I left and I can tell you not one person reacted in irritation for having to wait or seemed angry except for the so called manager. Horrible example of leadership in my opinion. I would love to hear from a professional manager on the situation.

I placed an online order today with Paytronix at 8:20 am. I arrived at 8:28am. When ordering online with Paytronix it says a certain amount of minutes before it is done. 5-7 minutes. I went in and no one asks anything about your order. Understanding it is busy but a woman that went to the counter 10 minutes after I arrived got her coffee before me. I was then asked what my order was not once but twice and it still did not get done. When I finally received my order it was wrong. The attendant was obviously upset because she got it wrong. I told her 2 times what it was. In the end I paid for a large 24oz coffee and got a 16oz.
I walked out the door at 8:51. What’s the point of having the online order option if it isn’t used the way intended? This store needs help. Process and procedures absolutely suck.

This used to be my fav ziggis but now every time i come the people are so rude. they tell me my total and don’t say anything after. they hand me my drinks and don’t even look at me. one time my drink was dropped. they also mess up my drinks 80% of the time lmaoooo

Absolutely love the huge amount of ways you can customize every drink! One of the few coffee places in town that always get my alternative milks correct too. The inside is spacious and cozy, great for getting work done or meeting with friends. The staff is very cheery and happy to accommodate any requests, even for four legged friends!

This used to be the best and friendliest location! But the last few times I was disappointed and it has gotten less and less friendlier. Last week I got an iced caramel macchiato and wanted to try the cold foam and it was super busy so I understand that it can get hectic. I literally received a plain iced latte with nothin in it or on top. So I just sent a message to corporate since it was close to $6 and they were kind and uploaded a free drink to my account. I went to go redeem it the other day when there was NOBODY in line and ordered the same thing in a smaller size. I received my drinks and got my drink and realized there was no cold foam on it again, I immediately said “I’m so sorry but there’s no cold foam on this I can park and come in and grab it?” I gave her $4 in cash for a tip and she was appreciative for offering to park. There was one car behind me so I parked and came in and I saw it sitting on the counter and asked the other gal if this was my caramel macchiato and she annoyingly just said “mmmhm” I said “im so sorry thank you for fixing this”, no answer, so I said “YOURE WELCOME” and left. I’m also a barista at another coffee shop so I understand when it gets busy but I used to have wonderful experiences at this location and have been extremely disappointed lately.

This was my third visit to Ziggi’s. Yesterday, a young woman went above and beyond to make my strawberry lemonade infusion exactly how I wanted it—she was kind, helpful, and accommodating.

Unfortunately, today was a completely different experience. I felt like an inconvenience the moment I ordered. Kirstin made it very clear that “this is not something they offer,” and her tone left me feeling unwelcome and dismissed.

I hate to leave reviews like this, but I’m tired of being met with negative energy and attitude from young staff as if this kind of interaction is acceptable. It isn’t. Basic kindness and customer service should be the standard.

After today, I don’t think I’ll be returning. I’ll head back to Dutch Bros, where I’ve always been welcomed with respect.
