The best sandwiches ever! Wish they had gluten free bread and the olive mix and hummus that some other locations offer. Not easy to find if you’re from off campus–take the elevator to the ground level.

These sandwiches are great. I love writing my order on the bag, so it is difficult to mess up my order, which is often quite specific.

When people talk about wait times, they must realize the staff is overwhelmed because they make one wich at a time and if you have 20 students packed in there at once, it is unfair for people to say they are slow. My wait usually is about 3 mins which is pretty good, all things considered.

Also lunch is usually booked so come in the evening for a shorter wait.

Over priced. Definitely not worth going to. Only reason I go is because it’s one of the three places to eat at on TTU’s campus. Usually takes about 30 minutes even when there aren’t many people ordering. I have class to get to just like the rest of the student body. There’s no reason a sandwich should take his long to make. Subway is better. Firehouse Subs is better. Jimmy John’s is better.

For campus food this is one of the better options. The wait can take awhile. If you order from the favorites bag/menu the price is pretty good. If you don’t want some ingredients on your sandwich you can just cross it off or add it on.

The big guy, I think his is Robert had amazing customer service and very nice. While I was there two managers were very unprofessional and started screaming in front of other customers. The mangers names were “Ethan” and “Cali” they made my experience very uncomfortable. If it wasn’t for Robert I would have given this place 1 star.

The bigger lady making sandwiches was INCREDIBLY rude to other man making sandwiches (Hassan i think his name was). It was busy and he was going as fast as he could and the lady was yelling at him to make them faster. Incredibly disrespectful and probably embarrassing for the guy. Hope she learns a lesson about TEAMWORK. smh

The food is fine. The whole experience would be better if the guy usually taking orders had a little personality and politeness about him. The wait is also long sometimes and not sure why because the place is almost empty whenever I go.

I thought it was pretty good. A little over priced though 16 bucks for a large sandwich with bacon and extra meat.

I forgot to add a sauce with my sub order. I asked to put it in after I got my sub. Lady wanted 60 cents for just putting the source which I didn’t get and also showed her my choices that I had on my sub choices card. Totally ridiculous
D grade..

Very good sandwiches, but they are pricey. I would recommend eating here only if you have the money to spare, but otherwise it’s a very good experience!
