We used P.I.G.S. for our wedding catering, and we could not recommend them more! We wanted high-quality BBQ food, as we wanted to have a LOT of food served family style. The food was great, the process was great (especially as we continued to add on more components over the course of our planning), but the true star was on the on-site staff. Pedro was our event captain and my husband’s favorite staff member from the whole wedding. He ran a tight ship, and was incredibly helpful. His team served folks efficiently and effectively, and were huge in making the day seamless.

We used PIGS for our wedding catering in May 2025 and were extremely pleased with our experience. We were given the opportunity to do a free tasting ahead of time to try out foods and determine which options to finalize as part of our contract and ensure we were happy with our menu selections (the smoked chicken was our absolute favorite!). Lisa was responsive and thorough in her communications with us throughout the booking process and in the weeks leading up to the event, and was flexible for changes in our menu and timing at the last minute. Service at the event was smooth and the food was excellent – we’ve been to plenty of weddings with unsatisfying portions and this was very much not the case with PIGS! We opted to go with family-style service, which the PIGS staff carried out seamlessly. We did both passed appetizers and the awesome charcuterie platter and recommend both options to couples. Would highly recommend PIGS for catering large events!

The pulled pork was amazing. The choice of sauces we were not really thrilled with any of the 6 options but the pork is so delicious it needs no help to be great. They make their own chips as a side which are very good. Would definitely go again and may bring some sauce along.

We couldn’t have asked for a better catering team for our wedding day! From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, organized, and attentive to every detail. Lisa communicated very well and was incredibly helpful during the planning process. She was always willing to answer any of my questions! A very special shout-out to our event captain, Pedro, who was absolutely amazing. He was so kind, hardworking, and professional, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed!
The food was absolutely delicious — beautifully presented, full of flavor, and served in generous portions that left everyone more than satisfied. Many of our guests went out of their way to tell us how much they enjoyed the meal and how impressed they were with the service. The hors d’oeuvres also did not disappoint, there were MANY options that PIGs has to choose from and the ones we chose were absolutely delicious!
It was clear that the team truly loves what they do and takes great pride in making each event special. We’re so grateful for their hard work, warmth, and excellence — they helped make our day unforgettable. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch catering with a personal touch!

We really enjoyed our lunch. Everything was delicious and service was very good and friendly. We ordered a 2 meat Platter with pulled Pork and Brisket, then added a side of cheddar Jalapeño Sausage. Mac n cheeses and fries were our sides. Initially the fries were cold, but a new order was brought out right away when we mentioned this to the server. We also ordered Banana Pudding to take home, which the Husband ate that evening, and wants to order again. The owners son actually waited on us, and he was super nice.

We are so happy P.I.G.S. was our caterer for our daughter’s wedding. Our guests are still talking about the delicious, moist and tasty food! There was plenty to satisfy everyone’s tastes. Our leftovers are as delicious and fresh tasting as they were the day the team served them. Having tasted the food at the restaurant before choosing P.I.G.S. we knew it was good, but somehow it tasted even better catered. The passed appetizers were plentiful, delicious and gracefully served. Our buffet line was fresh, clean and kept full of food at just the right temperature. We can’t say enough about how good the food was! It was perfect!

We used P.I.G.S for catering at our wedding in October. Let me just say – the food was delicious, the service was on point, and working with P.I.G.S for planning was seamless. Lisa was so helpful in picking the menu items. We did both plated and passed hors d’oeuvres – the fried green tomatoes and spinach dip were big hits. The pork and smoked chicken tasted delicious.
