What a fantastic addition to historic new castle! We tried many things. I absolutely loved the almond croissant and chocolate almond croissant. The cinnamon roll with an orange glaze was excellent. It really was dreamy. My kids loved it. Can’t wait to go back and try all of the breads!

Unreal how good their bread is. And I was skeptical seeing how long the line was at the farmer’s market, I was sure it would underwhelm. It’s the best baguette I’ve ever had in my life. It’s on a totally different level than what else is available locally. If you got bread this good in a big city you’d be blown away by it, let alone in Delaware.

I got loooots of love for the Dream Bakery. Classic European baking, cream of the crop quality. And they are only getting started.
Love their baguettes, sourdough and the buckwheat breads. Focaccia is to die for. S’mores cookies are to die for. Caramel is to die for. And my new favorite, the chocolate chip.

Hey I have found a GEM in Old New Castle Delaware that is soooo worth the shout out!! Dream Bakery! At 222 Delaware St. Run don’t walk! Service was amazing. Cute little bakery decor! But the homemade fresh bread is to die for! The croissants sandwich was sooooo tasty! I see they are going to get all my money! And the prices are beyond reasonable.
