Zero stars! What a waste of $36.54!
We were so excited to hear of this store opening near us and drove 30+ minutes to be very disappointed.
Mold growing on the lemonade dispenser and Condiment area absolutely filthy! Our wait time was over 20+ minutes to only be told the food we didn’t recieve was never put on the order! The fries were so saturated with oil I requested they be remade.

I had Nathan’s in Huber Heights Ohio and it was so delicious! The loaded crinkle fries were right on time. I most definitely will be back for more

Terrible cold hot dog on hard nasty bun ,greasy fries not very warm, the Oreo Shake was mostly whip cream that was nasty taste took it back made another sill the worst ever. Never was offered a refund. I took the 2nd one back because I was afraid that it would make me sick. All I got was sorry. I really expect fries for $3.99 to be better. And a shake for $5.49 that was not anything I would eat or recommend. Hot dog bun hard feed the birds lets just say Don’t eat there

I really hate to do this. The store was dirty, the condiment area was absolutely filthy. Our hot dogs sat out on a cold counter for 10 minutes before they dropped our onion rings. I politely asked for a refund at that point and was refused. I was told to take it up with corporate. 5 minutes later the onion rings were taken out of the fryer and the hot dogs dressed. Nearly 20 minutes those hot dogs sat on a cold counter before they made it to the bag. The bag of food immediately went in the garbage. I certainly recognize these are tough times and I want to be fair with people, but I attempted to get a refund, it was refused, and I threw $20 in the garbage.

Worst Nathan’s I have seen. Ordered chili cheese hot dog that arrived without chili cheese. Also ordered chicken strips with buffalo sauce and the sauce was nowhere to be found. The hot dog seems like it was from last week. Old and hard. Bread was old. Definitely never eating in Nathan’s again. Got 1 start but it deserves 0.

Would give a zero if I could. Ordered thru Doordash today and the food was horrible and wrong. I ordered 2 Hot Dogs with Ketchup, Mustard and onions. There was none of any of the 3 items on the Hot Dogs. Also, the Hot Dogs were black and the buns black and hard. I also ordered Fries with Ketchup. You guessed, no Ketchup. However, they did add cheese whick I didn’t ask for because the cheese on a food delivery will congeal and harden. Got a partial refund from DoorDash but not satisfied. This was ordered thru DoorDash in Louisville, KY

Horrible experience, this place pretends to offer items like cheese steak subs, but it’s all a lie. They are just a cheap rip-off of Freches Big Boy, but with an even SMALLER menu and poor quality food. I was scammed by Uber Eats into ordering from them, never again. Just remember that the menu they claim is FAKE.

I just had the worst plain hotdog I think I have ever had!! It was definitely overcooked and sitting under a heat lamp forever. And the actual restaurant was filthy …. The coke dispenser was disgusting and all the area around it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years . I will never eat here again

We ordered from Lexington and spent over $60. The food was overcooked, the sandwiches were missing items and the kids wouldn’t even eat because their food was over done. I will not order again.
