The food here is lacking in flavor and the prices are a little bit high for the portions you receive. They need to have at least extra pepper and salt available. This is just one of many different food spots they have inside the Nellis Base Exchange. Still, it is nice to have this option available to base personnel as a close and viable option for lunch, better than having to go off base for lunch.

We made a mobile order. Arrived at the food court to pick it up, stood in front of the counter asking for my order that I could clearly see with my name on it for 25 minutes. Lady at the counter told me to wait and she had other people in line before me. I kindly asked her to simply turn around, grab my food, and hand it to me. She denied me for another 10 minutes. A man standing nearby walked up to the counter and asked her to hand me the food I ordered. She ignored him. He asked again. She said rudely “I heard you the first time honey” I then waited another 5 minutes and finally the man at the counter making sandwiches next to her turned around and gave me my order. All that to get home and find that the order was completely wrong save for the plain fries. Spend 17 bucks on a sandwich that was completely customized and got home to see the sandwich we recieved was in fact their standard 11 dollar sandwich. We ordered Cajun boneless wings and lemon pepper boneless wings… the boneless wings we recieved were in fact niether of these flavors. Very disappointed. Something as simple as reading a screen is too difficult for people nowadays.

I have been stationed here at Nellis for 5 years and not ONCE have I ordered a sandwich from this Charleys and it be exactly what is advertised. Every. Single. Time. Something is missing, and 9 times out of 10, it’s something that’s IN THE NAME OF THE SANDWICH!! Like seriously, HOW do you forget BACON when it’s literally in the name of the sandwich?? Do better Charley…do better…

On 4/1/2025 at 3:44:02 PM I ordered a large chicken salad at Charley’s Philly Steak #00532 Nellis AFB. The salad was great and the customer service was very helpful and professional with Mrs. Brenda and her co-worker, I recommend this place to anyone who likes veggies salad.

I ordered the ultimate fries only to find a black hair in my food back in February. When I addressed the issue to the Supervisor Anita, she did not take responsibility and issue me an apology. I did get a remake of ultimate fries, but my experience altogether did not meet my expectations. I love Charley’s but I expected better customer service. Try again.

Came just for the Cajun fries, and they didn’t have them. Fries were once hot and crispy here, now they’re hot and soggy. There’s no salt either. Asked for salt, and was told they were salted. Had to go down the way to get salt.
