Tried El Pollo Loco for the first time because Uber Eats had a buy-one-get-one deal. Ordered the queso guacamole chicken burrito, —no guacamole, —no salsa fresca.
Total was $14.58 after tax (with discount), for two burritos. Each one came with chips plus one mild and one spicy salsa. Everything was sealed and packaged clean—no mess, no missing items.
The burrito was good. Not mind-blowing, just solid.
At regular price? Not worth it to me. With the buy-one-get-one offer it comes to $7.50 per burrito, and that’s the only reason I’d order again. Full stars for execution, but I’m only coming back when the deal makes sense. Alternative restaurants offer superior burritos at a more reasonable price.

The thing about customer service that is essancial part of keeping customers happy is the little things. Offering napkins and plates and making sure your customers have salsa. I ordered a family feast and I had to ask for basic things like napkins and plates. The food was hot and extremely fresh. But that brings down the experience when I have to ask for basic things. I did ask for salsas when I ordered. I checked the bag when I got home and guess what. Not one salsa in the bag. Am I going to go all the way to the store the get salsas that I had already requested. No because it should have been in my bag. As small as this may seem it’s extreamly important to listen to your customers needs.

Upon entering the establishment, I observed two or three associates engaged in conversation with another customer. They appeared to be Hispanic, and immediately upon my arrival, all personnel seemed to disappear without acknowledging my presence. I waited for approximately five to ten minutes, during which no staff member acknowledged me, although they observed me without saying anything. This situation persisted until a female employee returned from the restroom, at which point they directed their attention to her. I must express that, regardless of the demographic or racial background of the staff, it is unprofessional and unacceptable to ignore a customer who is waiting after being served just moments prior. Such behavior reflects bias and is deeply disappointing. I waited without acknowledgment, then proceeded to call the restaurant from my vehicle to confirm their hours of operation, to my surprise, they answered the phone while I was still waiting in line. However, they did not acknowledge my presence during this interaction. This experience has compelled me to conclude that such treatment, particularly toward individuals of different races or language backgrounds, is disrespectful and unprofessional. I sincerely hope that improvements are made to ensure respectful and equitable treatment for all customers.

Wow. This location completely changes my perspective. Happy & healthy options. Unfortunately was not able to order food because of lack of employment therefore lack of funds. Have been harrassed and unemployed for a few years now. When I start working and recieving income again I will definitely visit this location for my lunch breaks.

I ordered the guacamole chicken burrito I substituted the guacamole for avocado. When it came out, it was smaller than usual. But I just figured they started limiting portions. I get home, get comfy, set myself up, and dig in for the first bite. It tastes very strange and the food smells like sewage. My daughter smells it. And she agreed, ” It smells like trash.” We call and the manager instructs us to come get a refund. When I arrive, the staff are laughing hysterically and staring at me angrily as if I did something wrong. Sadly I used to love this place. I don’t care how angry y’all get. It was extremely unprofessional for the staff to behave the way they did when I was attempting to get a refund rightfully due because of their poor performance. Just do better instead.

Love the location off the 10! Right in-front of the mall! Menu was very visible and easy to read through the drive thru. Quick and efficient services with good prices! Love me some El Pollo Loco. Would definitely recommend.

food was great. flavor you can consistenly expect at a pollo loco. wait time was adequate for the quantity of food ( large family pack). the restroom had an unsanitary odor despite having a lock code and seemingly clean.

Drive thru order kiosk/speaker does not work. Causes customers to order at window resulting in long drive thru lines and long wait
