Well, overall I enjoy Sonic food. The problem with this store, you never get all the food you order. Seems they don’t know how to count. I’ve contacted corporate to suggest remedial counting class for their employees here to get them up to speed.

Been here a couple times and they’re pretty disappointing. I was really looking forward to a yummy breakfast burrito. The picture looks really good but what I got was smaller than a Taco Bell burrito. I pay all this money for a breakfast burrito and it has maybe an egg in it and a teeny tiny piece of bacon. This is pathetic. Also do not get the salted caramel drink because it taste like you’re literally licking or drinking a salt lick

The past few months the service has drastically changed. The service used to be great but the past few times I have been here I have had to wait over 30 minutes to get my food. Ordering and watching other people get their food and leave that pulled in after I had already ordered my simple meal. A bunch of times I tell them my order which is one very simple combo and they can’t even get that right. It’s like they aren’t even listening to what I am saying to them. Tonight I ordered a number one combo and they don’t even give me my fries. I’m not coming to this branch anymore. Service is horrible!

Ordered large tots with cheese but I assume you only get cheese on 3 tots and the side of the carton instead over all the tots. Also my breakfast burrito was poorly made and even had a whole tomato on it instead of being diced. This place is NOT what it used to be. Need to change management again. Food was not even fresh at all and the car hop lady was rude. I’d highly suggest going else where. Won’t be back

If I could give a 0 star review I would. I don’t ever leave bad reviews, but this is kinda ridiculous. When did chicken tenders become nuggets? I’m paying 8 something for this meal and literally got pieces of chicken smaller than chicken nuggets. Also, no one cared to mention that they were out of onion rings and just let me leave with nothing substituted. I go back and they say that they gave me extra chicken tenders instead. The extra chicken tenders were literally like the crispy piece on the chicken tender ripped off. I also asked for barbecue for my chicken and got nothing but charged a dollar for it. Literally charged a dollar for a pack of barbecue with chicken tenders? Why?? I didn’t even get the sauce with my food, I had to go back for that too. And why ask if I’d like sauce if your gonna charge me. Also sat in the the drivethru for several minutes with no response after at the drive up they told me to go to the drivethru and there was no one in front or behind me. Kinda fed up!

I don’t like writing bad reviews but it was bad. I got a strawberry cheesecake milkshake and it was so sour I almost vomited in my car. I spit it out. My girlfriend didn’t believe me and tried it and same reaction. I was like okay it happens. But, I also got a double bacon cheeseburger. My tomato was also rotten/sour. I actually vomited it up. I looked at the rest and it was very discolored and mushy. I hate writing bad reviews but somebody has to know because if I got it, other people are too.

I don’t complain but this was horrible. It’s 10 and they close at 12.. me and my boyfriend went thru the drive thru and ordered “blue coconut slushy with nerds” we pull up to the window, we waited for 10 minutes for someone finally came up the window and said our order but added sweet cream( we didn’t order that) so we said we didn’t have that and gave walked away and walked right back to us and gave it a “different drink” it was literally the same drink with sweet cream. I was so pissed so I went back thru and order another one and he had such an attitude with me. I said make sure that doesn’t have sweet cream because I can’t have that and he SHUTS THE WINDOW ON ME. I was so pissed. Never going there again. They took so long and horrible service and didn’t even get what I asked for. Thank you

I don’t know what’s up with this location lately but it hasn’t been great. The ice isn’t the nugget ice, it was big chunks and it had stuff in my sprite. I of course saw it after drinking all of my drink. My jr chicken sandwich for some reason keeps getting pickels on it when I never got on there, it’s not even an option on the app. The fries were super hard, crunchy and burnt. I never really had any issues until recently.. I don’t know what’s going on but hopefully it all improves soon.

Food was awesome. Service was good, however, speakers to make your order was very loud, to the point of rumbling when worker spoke. Made it hard to understand. It was all speakers. Drive-thru was very slow. Noticed an EMT worker setting at the drive-thru to make their order for 15 minutes and was still setting there when we left.
