If you’re looking for authentic, absolutely delicious tacos with service that makes you feel like family, Tacos La Lupita is the spot. From the moment you walk up, the staff is welcoming, friendly, and genuinely appreciative of your business. The service is fast, attentive, and always delivered with a smile.
Now let’s talk about the food — outstanding. The tacos are packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and served fresh and hot. The meats are tender and juicy, the toppings are fresh, and the tortillas taste authentic and homemade. Every bite is loaded with quality and care. You can tell they take pride in what they serve.
It’s rare to find a place that nails both food and service at this level, but Tacos La Lupita absolutely delivers. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick bite or bringing friends and family, you will not be disappointed. Easily one of the best taco spots around. Highly recommend — 10/10.

Delicious food… visiting from Florida and found it on Google searching for beat Mexican food. Picked this one because it was a food truck. Glad we stopped here. Great service too.

Decided to stop by this Taco Stand on my way into Trader Joes and was not disappointed!
I ordered a Calzado which came out to about 10$ after tax. It was decently sized and fairly priced but very good! The ingredients taste very fresh and they make sure to load you up on the guac.
It’s a stand so there isn’t any indoor seating but there is a good amount of outside seating on the public benches. This has become my favorite spot for authentic tasting mexican food and tastes significantly better than the 20$ burrito places around town.
They also list specials that aren’t on their online menu so check out what special they have that day (today they did 3 tacos for 10$).
I definitely recommend giving the friendly staff at Lupita’s a visit next time your going to Trader Joes or Cost Plus!

Wonderful food. It’s an unassuming stand rather than a restaurant, but the burritos are killer. Only took a few minutes and I was able to run into the grocery store while they made the food. Very kind.

All the taste and charm of the surf tacos found in SF’s mission late at night… but in the heart of the the Bay Area that best resembles a JCrew/ restoration hardware catalog. Frankly I’m speechless this superb level of legit Mexican street food and this high of a concentration of Caucasian people coexist in this manner of proximity.

I loved this place! Great food, portions are good too. I don’t live here but come to the area for work sometimes, I’ll definitely be coming back by again when I’m in the neighborhood!

The Pork Cheesy Tacos looked great but needed more seasoning. The Guacamole, Salsa, and Chips for $6 was tiny. Must have been no more than 3oz, I posted a photo of it. I might go back one more time just to try the Calzados, but they really need to up their game flavor wise.

Sigh. Another classic Marin Mexican food experience. Very bland burrito (95% rice and beans with barely any chicken), overpriced chips + guac (cmon thats not real avocado and I can taste the cucumber…), tasteless salsa (I honestly don’t even know how you get such little flavor in a salsa?). I do not understand how this place has 5 stars unless the people rating it have 0 taste buds or any experience with actually good Mexican food.

Meh. It’s fine. Everything is well seasoned, but pre-prepped, so if you just get a burrito the ingredients are kinda cold. The heat up the foil to warm it from the outside in, which doesn’t work if you eat it right away. Likely the best Mexican food in Marin by a mile still.
