When I got there, there were no employees to be seen. Another lady came in after me. We waited a bit and she finally opened the door again to sound the door alarm. No luck. I finally yelled, hello. A guy came out. He gave her her order. I ordered a salad and it was half the size as usual. The kicker was a $2 tip was added that I DID NOT add. Just an overall bad experience.

Love this subway! Only thing I have to say is 10/22 at 5:40 their was a darker gentleman and a older lady named Amanda the gentleman was being very disrespectful in front of customers towards her rolling his eyes and not helping her. She was very polite and was working. As team members we should definitely not be doing that to each other as someone who works in food service.

Taller mid-twenties girl with green hair–> horrible service, horrible attitude, tried to say bread was too hot and could no longer serve for the night, AT 9:05 PM, she chose the crappiest piece of bread, said was the only one she could get, the rest of the 200 pieces of bread were “too hot”,when she did cut my bread, no steam, no heat, nothing. She more snarled at me than spoke. Worst customer service I’ve ever had; she also over-charged me. I assume so she could pocket the money. Will call corporate ASAP, I hope I will no longer have to deal with her.

I have been going to this store for three years. But today when I went in to place my order I was welcomed with a hi and a smile. But I noticed that some of the vegetable bins were empty. I asked why and was told the shift before did prep any and didn’t fix the bread to be cooked. I also noticed when I walked in a pile of dishes stacked in the sink to be done by night shift.
Was told they had a new manager and she had only been manager since Wednesday. Also had only been working for Subway for two weeks. This store had great service and employees but now most of them have quit. Someone needs to check into this and talk to the employees that are still left.

I brought my dad in, who is hard of hearing. He struggles with communication because of this, so he was worried about ordering. The staff was friendly and very helpful and polite. He left very happy and commented about the good attitude everyone there had. I’m sure if he comes alone, they’re going to take care of my dad!

This particular Subway used to be fine but over the past few months they constantly get orders wrong and don’t prepare sandwiches correctly. We order mobile and it’s always 15-20 minutes PAST the ready by time. Last time I ordered it was 25 minutes past time and had been standing there 45 minutes while they served other customers that walked in after me.

You could do better if you weren’t so lazy. It takes nothing to make that bread nice and soft. Your chocolate cookie taste like Raspberries and I hate Raspberries!!! I bought an entire 6 pack and all of them tasted like it and I got a Sub and the bread was hard and slightly burnt on the ends. Your service is terrible here and always has been. I live right down the road. And I’ve been leaving tips despite the food tasting not so great. I am very very disappointed and just don’t want to return. Last 3 times have just been awful and furthermore I’m tired of the entitlement this younger generation has expecting tips. Didn’t get tips for fast food work back when I worked fast food. This is a new thing and it stinks.

This subway has problems from the look of the place to the lack of inventory of chips.i guessed they did a remodel some time ago but this looks rushed and rough!! The chip selection was disappointing at best!! For the price of there combo they shouldn’t be out of be out of best selling chips.On a positive note the sandwich artists were on top of there game very polite very friendly!!

This is 3rd time trying this store. We have learned our lesson and will never go back there. Do not accept coupons, had 2 young men working 10/29. The one putting veggies on sandwich made a big mess and could hardly get sandwich closed. Wheat bread was cooked too hard and tore apart as my husband eat his. Gloves never changed, handled pizza box, sacks and rung up order and then came and added veggies on my sandwich. I could continue with complaints but probably will not do anything about it as previous complaints same about the same!
