If you know anything about Five Guys, you know you’re getting what the Londoner once called “heaven in a brown paper bag.” No matter the location, they stay consistent — juicy burgers, French fries fried in peanut oil, and of course, those free peanuts. I usually love Five Guys, and while the food and service were good, my experience this time was a little disappointing. I had ordered four burgers, but was only given three. Thankfully, I realized while still in the store, so I had to place another order just to get the fourth one.
One of the burgers I ordered was a bacon burger, but when I got home, I noticed there was no bacon on it even though I was charged for it. I also asked for A1 sauce but was given BBQ instead.
The toppings were correctly placed on the side, which I appreciated — but the small mistakes really added up. These little details matter, especially when you’re paying extra. I just hope there’s more attention to accuracy next time.

I ordered online and was given a little fry that was less than satisfactory I didn’t know it would be that little. They give too many fries in the regular and not enough in the little where is the middle ground also I didn’t receive any napkins with my order.

Ordered 2 Bacon dogs with ketchup, they gave em to me with cheese. I CANT EAT CHEESE. waste of money. i got this to go, so im not gonna drive a half hour to get a refund. NEVER GOING AGAIN

My 2 daughters love coloring and they have cards u can color and put on the board but every time we put one and my daughters put forth the effort they remove them but everyone else’s stays up so they just consider my kids drawings trash but the others that are ugly get left not sure who is the coloring card police but u made my 4 year old and 2 year old feel like there drawings are worthless
