Me and my brother went into little Cesar’s temple PA and my brother ordered but he was having a hard time hearing him and he snatched my brothers piece of paper that stated what we wanted. Instead of purely asking I’m sorry can u repeat that HE SNATCHES the piece of paper out of his hand. He was also being rude to other customers and he was the only one working as well. When we got home he gave us a cheese pizza instead of a pepperoni pizza we also got the old world pepperoni pizza which was good but our other pizza was not what we ordered. This workers name is Thomas M. and I think he needs to straightened out.

Terrible place HORRIBLE customer service. I’ve went a few times because it’s close but all time the guy working is so disrespectful. The last time I went he was making pizzas and completely ignored the fact that I was waiting. I waited and called for him a couple times till I just left.

Tom is the one working there and always gives a hard time to customers when it is supposed to be easy to walk in order a hot and ready and leave within a few minutes yet we always have to wait 20 min if not longer because nothing is ready.

Placed my order around 5:30 pm and it said I could pick it up between 5:55pm and 6:01pm. I waited until 6:05 to go in however the order was still not ready. There were a few more people in the store waiting ad well and none of their orders were ready either. Two of the people told me that they had been waiting for a while. Unfortunately delayed and incorrect orders were the theme of the evening.
My name popped up on the pickup portal after about 10 minutes, unfortunately when I opened it to get my food, it included only one of my pizzas. I noticed the cashier that I was missing a pizza and two orders of crazy bread, and was told they were both cooking. About 15 minutes later my crazy bread came out but I was still missing the other pizza. At this point my other pizza was getting cold.
After reminding them two more times that I was missing a pizza, it finally came out 20 minutes after my crazy bread and 45 minutes after my first pizza. I live about 5 mins away, when I got home my first pizza was stone cold.
My entire order of crazy bread was also burnt and inedible.
I will not return to this location.

Gave this place a try again after having 50/50 luck of getting a good pizza. This was my final try. The employees there never care about the product they make.

They need to just close this place down. No management. No friendly customer service. Not welcoming. Food eh and not like it used to be. The employees clearly don’t want to be there. No eye contact, No hello, how are you, how may I help you? Just WHAT DO YOU WANT? Ah Hello for starters lol

If I could give negative I would. I wait to be helped as there was noone at the front and then told them I would wait the 25 minutes for the lunch special. When I picked it up the picture is what I received and it wasn’t even warm.
