Could not be more disturbed. Ordered a hot latte this morning for pickup around 6:30AM. Tasted normal until almost finished I felt something odd in my mouth. Open the top and there’s lumps of this black/green sludge. Beyond disgusted

My favorite Starbucks! The staff here are always so welcoming and friendly, they really make you feel at home. The service is quick even when it’s busy, and my drinks are always made perfectly (they never get my order wrong!). The atmosphere is cozy, clean, and just the right spot to either relax with a coffee or get some work done. Definitely my go-to Starbucks – highly recommend!

Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk (?) Shaken Espresso. Asked if there was oat milk in my drink before driving away and she told me to my face, that yes there was oat milk added. There’s no milk of any kind in this cup, (granted I drank some) the coffee is transparent. She asked if I wanted a cup of oat milk so I could add it to the drink. I’m driving and I paid over $6 for this, I’m not going to juggle an extra cup to fix my drink. I don’t know man, maybe I’m bring to harsh but I’m tired of paying a premium to for a sub-standard product.

Another great Starbucks location! This location was clean and well organized. All the treats at the register were stocked and looked great. The employees were all very nice to us as at the time we were the only two people inside of the store and there looked to be only one car in the drive thru. Our order came out very quickly and was delicious.

so please be patient. Working in a place like Starbucks can be very stressful, Iknow, because I used to work in kitchens before for fast food corps.
Everyone at this Starbucks was so nice and friendly I asked the manager to suggest a drink for me bc. I don’t come here often and drink fancy coffee drinks, and he gave me a few options of things I might like.
He told me if I didn’t like it I could get a different drink and when it was ready he warned me the lid wasn’t on all the way and to be careful.
Taste and flavor: it’s Starbucks you know what to expect 5/5
Waiting speed: I didn’t want long despite it being a busy period: 5/5
Customer service: I’d give a 10/10 or even a 10/5 if I could. That kindness was genuine and second to none.
Cleanliness: 5/5 very clean.
The atmosphere is just what you look for and expect from Starbucks: friendly place to relax, or even do work, while enjoying coffee.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. That’s why I am giving them 3 stars. I ordered an iced coffee with carmel syrup and cream. Pretty basic, been drinking the same thing for over a decade. The first drink was about half a cup of syrup. I’ve never had them remake a drink, but this seemed undrinkable. The remade drink wasn’t too much better. In every other starbucks I’ve ever been to, they add syrup, coffee, ice and then cream in that order. This ensures that the coffee to ice ratio is accurate. However, this particular starbucks starts by filling the entire cup with ice. After adding syrup, there’s very little room for coffee. The issue is you cannot even taste the coffee and are essentially drinking iced cream with syrup. I could immediately tell by the color it was not going to be good.

I went to this location at about 3:57pm 11/20 through the drive tru. Older lady rudest person ever . Really showed with her attitude how she dislikes her job and dealing with customers. I’m a everyday Starbucks person . I have stoped at hundred’s of Starbucks around the country. And by far the worst customer care ever.

Just left from here and understand why it’s always dead at this Starbucks. Brown sugar shaken oatmilk latte except there’s NO OATMILK IN IT! I received espresso, ice and brown sugar syrup. It was handed to me foamy and half full. What a waste of $6. This tastes disgusting.
