So not lettuce and they don’t toast the bread anymore literally the bread was freezing cold today at 4.30 pm pick up my order from this location and this is what they give me , so if I paid for some food I should receive,the full portion don’t you think? Also don’t be ñazy and put the breads in your 45 sec toaster

Not one to review places but this was awful. Got 3 sandwiches and the bread was not cooked completely. They were also out of half the options like chicken, tuna, drinks, mayo. Employees were nice but whoever runs this needs to get it together.

Out of most ingredients and within minutes of stepping in my eyes were watery, itchy and swollen. I noticed an old construction fan blowing directly towards the open food and where I was standing. I mentioned it to the employee and said “that probably shouldn’t be blowing toward the open food.” She said “oh, I don’t know if it’s that bad” and didn’t move it. Took 15 minutes for two sandwiches and I got out of there as soon as I could

Surprisingly Terrible Service from 1 particular employee that makes the whole establishment look bad. Between Burning your food in the oven, (not knowing how to warm things up properly) & openly being a jerk in front of everyone, I would never recommend anyone to this location until they shake the bad apple from the tree! Disappointing… Smh

They were out of every bread but herb and cheese. The staff was preoccupied with talking to their friends or “other” people behind the counter not wearing uniforms. The atmosphere felt like we were a burden to them, uninviting and cold. My son got the chicken bacon Swiss and got food poisoning. The meatballs were cold (not even hot enough to melt the cheese), out of roast beef, but the cookies were good.

They have improved in cleanliness in the cooking area. I usually get the salad, which is always excellent. Then I top my meal with three raisin cookies. Excellent service, even when I request a change of gloves. YEP!!

I wish I had coroprates number but I went in there today around 520 pm they had 4 DOGS in there just laying around and behind the counter as well and on top of that the place was nasty so I said hell no I’m not getting anything from here
