We are an artisan coffee roaster in downtown Steubenville. We believe that coffee is more than just a drink – it’s a way of life. We hope that our coffeehouse becomes a center for ideas, culture, socializing, learning, and local revitalization. We expect you to come here to lounge with friends, study, work, read, have a date, participate in jam sessions and poetry readings, and enjoy a good cup of coffee. The 2nd floor of Leonardo’s Coffeehouse is now available as an event venue! The space comfortably seats 75 and is ideal for bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, book clubs, study groups, seminars, art classes, wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, graduation parties, photography shoots, concerts, tea parties, and much more!

Best coffee place ever! The prices are great and you don’t get burnt coffee like Starbucks. You can tell the quality of the coffee and they have a variety of fun flavors to choose from. Their paninis are huge and could feed two people. They foster a strong Catholic culture and the decorations and ambiance are unmatched. A great place to go for a cozy drink to talk or study. Go here and never go to Starbucks again! You won’t regret it.

The only useful place in this greedy small town. Coffee is great (ask for double afogato with coconut ice-cream), service is good, parking is terrible like everywhere in town (so not their fault). Probably this coffee shop is the only reason that keeps outraged tourists from raising the town.

I went here to buy a delicious panini and the panini was absolutely amazing but I requested to tip the person who made my panini and they denied me. I was heavily disappointed at this so I attempted to steal the panini without paying and the panini maker herself attacked me! Panini was good but service was bad, would come back if they unban me.

Great experience overall! Great coffee, Great service, a wonderful environment, they had live jazz music when I arrived which made it all the more better. Amazing renaissance aesthetic and great study space upstairs.

What a cool,clean spot we came upon while visiting the area over the holiday. The family friendly place hosts popcorn & coffee smells,cool art, & a gift shop,The coffee was delicious & the two girls running the counter were fantastic, friendly, & fast. Thanks ☕️

The atmosphere is unmatched! Historic and beautiful building, incredible aroma of coffee, and comfortable spaces to sit alone or with a group. Excellent coffee and varied menu. Baristas are always friendly. The complimentary water is a nice addition. Gift shop is also on site. Stop into this Steubenville gem, you won’t regret it!

Today was my first time in Lenardo’s to purchase anything (I love the popcorn shop next door).
I got the pepperoni panini and a hot apple cider. My lunch date got an iced Mocha Lisa (she said it was really delishious!). I got my husband a bowl of the chicken tortilla soup.
My panini was absolutely delish! The melty mozzarella was such good quality cheese and the pepperoni was a nice thick stack! It was just all ooey gooey yumm! It was wrapped in the coolest paper! I also got a free sample of their kettle corn alonf eith it. My cider was ok. I wish they gave an option for spiced cider 🙂 my husband said the chicken tortilla soup was alright but there was a flavor profile to it that wasn’t hitting the spot. I did not try it as he’s feeling under the weather.
Definitely a place I will enjoy coffee/lunch dates with friends more often. It’s such a cool building and vibe.

Love, love, love Leo’s coffeehouse!! The atmosphere of this place is amazing. the art, the decor, the bright, open spaces- it’s all so inviting. A great study spot, or a fantastic place to bring a pal, Leonardo’s has excellent, fresh coffee and sandwiches. Definitely worth a visit when you’re downtown!

This coffee shop is a little peace of heaven…in so many ways! Order your coffee and head to any unique seat nearby. Read a book and relax. Head upstairs where there is a large space to hang out. Beautiful stained glass window, architecture and light fixtures. Very relaxing ☕️
