I asked for a cheese Detroit Style Slices and Stix. The cashier appeared to be on autopilot and moved so fast. I looked at the food and it was a pepperoni pizza. I asked for a cheese and the cashier got upset because I wanted what I asked for initially. The cashier was combative and tried to make it seem like I didn’t want what I ordered ( Detroit Style Slices and Stix ) when all I wanted was the cheese variation. Who wants to patronize an establishment that takes your payment but gets combative with you for requesting what you asked for?

so we have been waiting on a refund for our terrible order for over 3 weeks now!!! so when we got our pizza, MOST of the toppings were slid OFF the crust in a pile inside the box!! The rest of the pizza was just trying to keep it together almost as much as me.. needless to say we didn’t eat that night.. we were told that this issue was happening more and more often lately and DoorDash was responsible.. called DoorDash and they said it was Little Caeser’s problem.. we were told we would get a full refund for our order in 5-10 business days and it has been WELL OVER that long.. so we called again and STILL, neither DoorDash nor Little Caeser’s is taking responsibility!! now with no hope of a refund at all!! Keep playing with people’s money as if they didn’t earn it so they can feed themselves for another day, or as if your company is exempt from consequences.. I will ((eat y’all)) instead if I dont see my money asap! I am not above it when I’m hungry.

Very unprofessional and trifling. Young lady working register and packing up food also coughed in her shirt. Asked several times to wash her hands. I had to ask another employee to call management to force her to wash her hands. Never going back if I could give a 0 star I would. Food took over and hour to come out.

Ordered a hot and ready pepperoni pizza. We had to wait 8 minutes for the pizza to be ready. The pizza was really good and cooked perfectly. No burnt toppings.

The worst quality and service. Wait time of 15+ minutes for “hot and ready”. Employees seem to all be friends and don’t pay attention to the customers. Employees are rude, and don’t seem to follow food safety regulations. I will Never use this place again.

To have a business you need customer service, district manager need to get fire and the front and cashier nasty attitude every need to be clean need to put a sign not accepting 50 and 100 dollars bill don’t understand if you have a business if you don’t have can’t change a 100 dollar bill GM and staff need training to respect customers and to be clean not mess with money and pack food can mess with food …

The second time I’ve received a delivery from this place missing one of the two pizzas, and two crazy sauces. Grubhub delivery says they can’t do anything and don’t even try calling the store. The managers will just ignore you. Best they can do is refund “the appropriate amount“ for the order. If approved by their specialty team. Order and pickup in person at all costs. The delivery system is horrible.

Got to love my light sauce pizza here, Looks like the pizza maker just threw stuff around as you can see by the pepperoni and cheese on the crust. Especially can tell its a light sauce as well. $58 dollar order for this is pretty shameful. Thanks Gretna Blvd Little Caesars.
