Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with no onion. 1st one was perfect outside of the stale bun, the second came with only one patty. I go through this drive-thru all of the time, and never complain with things are subpar but at some point they need to be held accountable.

Stopped here on a road trip south. Placed a mobile order, and used the facilities. The women’s restroom definitely needed to be cleaned. At least one of the stalls had zero toilet paper. If you have any knee issues, definitely use the handicap stall because the other toilets are so low to the ground.
The plus was my mobile order was correct and the young man working was pleasant.

Never give me a receipt and always message up my order. Last time, missing 10 piece nugget and deluxe crispy chicken. Good luck getting money back. This time, paid for double QP with cheese and got a single. This is just two examples. What are they doing? Pocketing the excess money????

We stopped here on our way back home to Mississippi after a weekend in St Louis going to six flags for Fright Night for Halloween to get our usual Carmel frappes and let our doggy baby use the bathroom! The frappes were good not watery like some McDonald’s they were actually really good! I give this McDonald’s a 8 outta 10 if you want a Carmel frappe done right and if you want it to tastes delicious!!!!

I ordered a Carmel sundae with extra Carmel and they didn’t put any on. It is like this every time I come and order one. It wouldn’t be a problem but I am paying for extra so I would like extra. And then when I ask about it the employees have an attitude and say they did when it is clear they didn’t.

Condiments is always an issue for them. The lady at the window is very rude I would have thought they would have gotten her out of the window since the last time I came and I ordered 7 sandwiches and they gave me two jelly’s. I asked for more and of course that was a problem. And today I don’t get any jelly. Whoever is training them is not training them to actually care for the customers they seem like they are there for a check especially the one that’s there in the window now. 10/16 @. 8am. If she doesn’t want to be there she needs to find a new profession.

I really try not to go to McDonald’s, but my daughter had to have Grinch socks. As I expected the food was horrible! Ice cold fries and nuggets. Everything was hard and cold! And then the price was jacked up way too high. The only thing good was the socks and the smoothie!

I don’t like to leave reviews just because I know somebody can have a bad day every once in a while, but I came through the drive-through today got a large caramel frappe paid $.40 extra for extra caramel I get to the window no extra caramel I asked the gentleman that was at the window if he could put the extra caramel in there cause I’m the one that paid extra for it I don’t know who the dark haired girl is with the button in her hair that she wanted to laugh about the situation and shake her head no like I was causing a big scene And then when the guy came to bring me my drink, I told him sorry I’m not wanting to complain, but when you pay extra for something you want the extra and he just slammed the window shut. I live in bitten and we cutting there almost once a day but I promise you I will make the extra drive from now On Just to not come back to that location. The customer service is poor and needs worked on.

The egg, bacon,cheese breakfast sandwich was really good. Orange juice was even better. Beverage counter with lids, napkins was stocked. The lady running cash register was polite & efficient. Bathrooms were clean. Hand dryers were operating. Lots of parking.
