Not sure if this was some cruel joke or whatever but I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese. I got a plain bagel with like 2 small specs of everything seasoning and about enough cream cheese for a light layer on a ritz cracker. Absolute trash for a $5 bagel… Dunkin seriously needs to be out of business.

I come to this location literally every day (sometimes twice a day) because it’s on my way to my job. With that being said, I ordered the same thing (BrSgr Shkn Esp with a pump of Vanilla). They either didn’t add brown sugar or they will add cookies sugar, or just cinnamon. Neither is what I order. I’m unsure why this occurs twice or three times per week and they continue to fail to get it right. The women who work in the morning are notorious for their rudeness. This location is not as crowded as the one that takes me much longer to get to. My drink is always made by that without any problems at the further location. I have a better grasp of why this location is not as busy now. If you’re dissatisfied with your work, they should leave and find people who care about their customers. Now the gentleman who is there in the afternoon is always so nice and genuine.

Update 12.21.2024: I ordered extra, extra cream cheese on my bagel. They charged me an extra $1.19 for it, which I’m ok with, had I actually received the extra cream cheese. This is why I rarely come here. Einstein Bros doesn’t even charge for the extra cream cheese I request, which is why I typically drive an extra 10 minutes and pay more money to get bagels from them. It was just too cold this morning. Reducing to a 1-star.

This morning I went through the drive-thru and ordered two bagels with cream cheese. When I got home, I opened the bagels to see there was barely any cream cheese on one side and none on the other. This was the same for the second bagel as well. This is not typical for this location as I’ve had these bagels multiple times. I tried calling them with the number listed on Google and it’s a recorded message with no option to leave a voicemail. There is no number listed on the receipt. So I drove back up there. The lady who appears to be in a lead position, looked at the picture I took and immediately offered to replace both bagels. She prepared them as they are usually prepared except they weren’t toasted (or lightly toasted as I ordered it) so the bagels were tough to chew. But other than that, I appreciated the quick resolution she provided and she was very nice and helpful.
They are getting 2-stars because there was no way for me to call them since they intentionally block incoming calls and leave off a contact number on the receipt.

This is the Dunkin’ I usually go to and the donuts are always fresh—definitely a highlight! Lately, the drinks and customer service haven’t been quite what they used to be so I might give it a little break or try one of the other nearby locations. Hoping things bounce back soon, because this spot has always been a favorite!

I paid extra for priority and the food was cold. They forgot some of my order and when I tried to call the phone number was not working. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Bacon not done and cold!!!! This was for a office meeting and now I don’t have everything ready.

Coffee is just not consistent. I always give the benefit of the doubt but my coffee is always made bad it’s like they just don’t pay attention to what you order sometimes. VERY HIT OR MISS. If you are ordering from here go in person and be specific. You can take this picture for example with literally no milk in the coffee.
UPDATE: 3/25 Still not happy with what I received. I ordered a Cold Brew with sugar and Irish Cream. There’s literally a pile of GREEN sugar at the bottom of my coffee. St Patty’s Day was 9 days ago. I get that you have extra green stuff but I don’t want to be drinking a Brown/Green drink on a random Friday. I had to basically get another cup and poor this coffee into it, leaving the sugar behind, to avoid having a sugar rush for the next 3 days.

rainy day didn’t stop the happy staff on Veteran’s Day. the drive thru was busy so I went inside and greeted by three associates right away. One associate was with a customer who I’d say was as happy as rhe pouring rain. Anyway, service was quick and friendly – donuts were fresh and affordable, restaurant was clean.

I’ve tried this location three different times in hopes of getting what I paid for…they never get my order right through the drive thru best to go inside but I’m unsure how the service would be there. An order for one or two donuts. I can imagine it’s not THAT hard. The first time they gave me a Boston crème but it didn’t have crème in it. Just a chocolate donut. (not a big deal I understand mistakes happen) The second time I just wanted a Boston crème donut and a blueberry cake donut. They gave me the kreme donut with icing filling (understandable mistake, but gross) however they gave me a pumpkin donut instead of blueberry. I feel there is more training needed or they need to hire people who actually want work (hard to find these days) Third time, I wanted a Boston crème and strawberry donut for my kid. The order taker even asked me what I wanted twice this last time around and they still messed up my order and gave me a pumpkin donut instead of a Boston crème. I just want a Boston crème!! The pumpkin donut was good though, just not what I wanted.

i ordered an ice matcha latte with blueberry syrup and cold foam tell me why i receive my cup and its half cold foam. and they messed up my order. they never get my order right and now ive spent money on a large cup and they only filled it to half of it.
