Usually the pizza is pretty good but not last night. Cheese sticks were fresh and great but the pepperoni looked three days old. Pretty bad to hand that pizza out. It was not fresh. We should have checked before we got home but barely edible.

Avoid this location! Worst pizza ever ordered from Little Caesars! Waited for a cheese pizza to be made and received an inedible burnt pizza along with old crazy bread. It was as if it was cooked in a microwave. The pizza was so hard! It was not cut through, barely any sauce, and cheese was burned. The crazy bread was sitting in the alto shaam long enough to have melted the wax paper to the bread sticks and burned the garlic. Oh and to top it off, they ask for a tip as if they go the extra mile for their customers. What an absolute joke!

The breadsticks were completely burned and inedible. We only discovered this after being asked to wait in the parking lot while they brought the order out to us. After waiting about twenty minutes with no update, we went inside to check — they responded with a casual “oh yeah,” and then handed us this. Slices and stix were still fine. However, a very disappointing experience overall. Date was 4/17/25.

I went at 9:37pm for some pizza and wings. They close at 10 so they should still be serving their full menu. When they didn’t have wings, I shrugged it off and still ordered pizza and Italian cheese bread. I waited until 9:50 before they had my food ready. During those 20 minutes they turned two cars away behind me. When I got home with my food, this is what I saw. What on earth is this??? In what world is this acceptable to serve?? They also did not include my $1.99 sauce. When I called them right after 10 (they should still be there cleaning) there was no answer. After scooping tons of seasoning off, you can see in the photo just how must they dumped on. This is ridiculous.

Twice in two months I received incorrect orders. Both times, pizzas missing toppings that I ordered. First time I found out when I got home. Today I checked it at the drive thru and whaddaya know..again with missing toppings. Both times the staff were apologetic and made it right while I agreed to wait in the lobby. In the past, we have suspected that we received a hot n ready pizza when we order a NEW BAKE pepperoni round crust off the app with something different like extra cheese and light sauce. It’s obvious. I always ordered right on the app, so this pattern of leaving toppings off is inexcusable, unless the employees can’t read. I’m done with Little Caesar’s in Saint George, and I’m from Detroit! Pathetic.

Ordered online and specifically asked for the Detroit pizza well done and it was barely cooked. Well done is golden brown on the under carriage and as this photo shows the bottom of this inedible pie was almost uncooked. Called to complain and, while they did give me a refund, said that they were way busy and they guessed the cooks rushed the order. Unacceptable and never going back.

Went through drive through approx 23 mins ago. Tried to order. Girl at window said it would be an hour for 1 pizza and smirked- Place was not busy-so we parked out front and ordered online. Got pizza! Record time! 23 mins! Rocked! One star for snarky employee and experience. Not cool

Ordered pizzas and drove to pick them up the first time there were at least 6 people in there and no one came up to help for quite some time until someone else clocked in and finally helped. Got home just to learn that one pizza was wrong and the other was doughy and gross. Went back in and noticed one person was eating over the food and kept touching other workers heads with his bare hands. The lady that fixed it for us was super helpful and apologized for the problems but overall was really grossed out with this location.

My wife and I don’t care much for the hot and ready pizzas, but the extra most bestest pizzas come out great 9 out of 10 times. The staff are friendly and the drive thru is convenient. Pablo stands out as someone who is on top of things- he must be the owner or the manager – and actually cares about customer satisfaction. The store is always clean when you go inside.
Sometimes you’ll get a custom pizza that doesn’t come out so great, hence the four stars instead of five. Usually it seems like the less than feat pizzas get made between about 6 and 8. Maybe they’re just rushing the pizzas out the door to meet the dinner rush, but I’d rather them take the extra three minutes to carefully make a better product.
The attached pictures are two different extra most bestest with light sauce and crazy crust and the other pizza is the deep dish lunch combo.

The pizza was really. But the bread sticks were hollow which was disappointing but they were still good. We went through the drive after we pre-ordered. It took a while before they answered the window. Frustrating waiting in the heat when you know your food is ready, and you want to get back. This place could use better customer service.
