This place is absolutely beautiful and the service is incredibly warm and friendly. The desserts are amazing, especially the New York Roll, the macarons, and the beignets, which are the best I’ve ever had. The drinks are a perfect complement to everything.

I came all the way from Mexico and it was totally worth it. I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

I’ve been a very loyal customer of Sandrine Pastery for a long time. I live nearby and regularly spend at least $60 per visit on croissants and cakes. I genuinely appreciate good pastry — I’m European, so I know what quality looks like.

Today, my wife bought me a birthday cake from here for around $100. Unfortunately, we were not just disappointed — we were shocked. The cake was almost entirely ice cream, with only a very small layer of actual cake hidden inside and covered by a large amount of ice cream. This was not what we expected at all.

When someone pays that price for a birthday cake, they expect a proper pastry cake — balanced, well-structured, and honest in its presentation. This felt misleading and very far from what we know as quality pastry.

As a loyal customer, this experience was extremely disappointing. I hope the bakery takes this feedback seriously and improves transparency and quality, because I truly used to enjoy coming here.

Always a delight walking here. The aesthetics are gorgeous, the food backs this too! It’s not just the look but the taste. $11 for one croissant feels slightly on the expensive side but I dont mind it once in a while because of the absolutely indulgent nature the pastries here have. Got the tiramisu ny roll and my friend got the pistachio strawberry tiramisu (which felt more like a cake) so not the best name and slightly misleading but regardless tasted pretty good!

Love their bakery items so much!!! Even though the store is busy all the time but their girls are always the sweetest there, always smiling and greeting you they just give the best vibes. Not only the taste is fabulous but the packaging is gorgeous. Nothing is better than an afternoon picnic with a box of sandrine goodies, keep up the good work y’all are amazing

The food was reallly good definitely recommend if you are coming to grab some pastries or chocolates
My only small complaint is that it was really busy when i went and theres only about 4 or 5 seats at a counter so i couldn’t sit and eat my food and had to go elsewhere.. otherwise though everything was good ‍♂️ ‍♂️ ‍♂️

Amazing value even though the price is high for French pastries. I was very impressed with the chocolates and the ambience was amazing. Take some time to read the menu and use all five of your senses.

I had the raspberry and vanilla New York roll and it was exactly what I expected I usually don’t mind paying $10 for a pastry, but Sandrine only offers some counter space by the window if you want to eat there. Every single seat was filled with crumbs. There was no other customer in the place, so it’s hard to explain the disregard for cleanliness. I won’t be back until summer. They have some outdoor seating that might offer a decent experience.

First time trying it and was pleasantly surprised. The few things we tried tasted great and everything looked perfect. Some really cute selection for Valentine’s Day. There are a few seats to sit inside but not a ton of space to dine in.
I loved the coffee hazelnut , it was very rich and sweet. I will definitely be back to try some chocolates next time.

If you’re looking for the best macarons in the Okanagan you found them! Sandrine is my go to anytime I need a client gift that not only looks beautiful but also tastes great! I love their packaging and presentation and have yet to find a single treat I have not thoroughly enjoyed. Their almond croissant is also to die for!

I can surely say this is one of the best Bakery in Kelowna. They have variety of pastries, sweets, croissants, tea coffee and savory food. I had a chance to try their tea and almond croissant which is without any doubt the best one in Kelowna. Moreover, the staff there is very kind and welcoming. I will surely keep on going again and again.
