Most recent visit on 7/15. My daughter bought a refresher and took a few sips. Noticed something in the drink but was on the highway on her way to work. When she arrived, she removed the lid that was on the entire time, and there was not one but THREE small bugs in the drink. She works 20 min away, so she could not go back to the location. She did send me photos immediately. I went thru the app, and all they want to offer is enough points for a donut. Since I was not accepting that, they gave me the option for a claim in which again they offered a coupon for a free donut with drink purchase. I just want my money refunded or put back on my card. No one answers the phone the many times I have called. I am just trying to let them know they need to clean their ice machine or whatever has the bugs in it. For as much as these drinks cost these days the offer for less than the value or a completely different product is nuts. I understand this location is not in charge of the app and refunds, but they need to clean the location.

I don’t even know why I even bothered coming back to this location. They are so ignorant here, it’s unbelievable! I had an issue with the app resetting my order to the wrong order when I order it (anyone else having this issue?) When I got there, my coffee was black. I asked them to add cream and sugar to it because to what I thought my order had in it with flavor. I went to check my app and as I was doing that, the man gave me an attitude and was like “look. That’s what it says.” I saw the app had sent the wrong order so I tried to explain that and he kept cutting me off and was like “just tell me what you want.” Before i could tell him everything that was supposed to be in my coffee, he walked away from me so my coffee wasnt even what i wanted at all. Then he had an attitude placing my coffee down and wouldn’t even hand it to me and walked away sighing. I’m sorry. But it does not cost extra to have cream and sugar in the coffee to make it that big of a deal and I was still going to thank him for doing it, but he could care less what came out my mouth because it costed him so much energy to add cream and sugar I guess. This is not the first time I have gotten a nasty service from them. They are truly ignorant and don’t care for their customers. Will say, my order was done within a few minutes, but my food was cold for me picking it up right away. I don’t know how it can be cold for it “being made to order “

Went there at 3:35pm on Sat. 11/15. Ordered my food and noticed on the screen a dollar donation added on. Never was asked to donate, just added. Pull the window and question and the girl says, “Would you like me to take the donation off your order”. You can see why I gave 1 star. No apology, no acknowledgement of wrongdoing.

I have been to this location several times. Drive thru is always crowded. Sometimes they dont understand what you order. I always ask for a TOASTED bagel with cream cheese. I repeat and say PLEASE toast it. It never fails. You get a warm bagel. Nothing like chewing dough. I finally learned my lesson and will not return. If you can’t toast a bagel, dont offer it to your customers.

The quality of the donuts are low. This is how it came to me barely any glaze on it. Chopped off on the side, but in a stupid pretty bag, what a waste of money. You actually get much nicer donuts at 7-Eleven now. Duncan has, & can do much better than this with donuts . What a disgrace.

Went to this location 11/14 and the lady at the window was so miserable, every time you talk to her or say thank you she just ignores you. I got a brown sugar shaken espresso that honestly tastes like chocolate milk and a ham and cheese croissant that was cold in the center, for the price you pay for these items they at least should be made properly. I asked for a straw before pulling away and the lady turned away to what looked like yelling at other staff and telling them to “hold on hold on”. She gave me my straw and immediately closed the window. Won’t be returning to this location.

Be careful of this shady Dunkin. They automatically apply a charge for their donations without even asking. I know it’s only a dollar but, it’s the principle. When I arrived at the window and asked the guy taking my money if they raised the prices he looked at me and straight lied and said yes. After I asked for a receipt I saw how they got me. Beware!

I think this store takes pride in ruining peoples day by not giving them what they ordered. In my experience, more than half of the times I have gone, my order has been wrong. I wish I could get back all of the money I wasted on the disgusting tasting coffees they have given me.

I love the manager at this one. But I ask for my coffee a certain way and they don’t do it recently the morning they do ok. It’s usually evening when they don’t make it how I ask. They been very greedy with the sugar and cream. Lol. A extra few pumps ain’t that hard. Come on guy. But I give 5 stars because the Manger does a great job. He is always pleasant too. Very kind.

Disappointing, I’m given a cold cup of coffee no matter what time I go, morning, noon or night. No other dunkin in the area has this problem.
I shouldn’t have to come home and microwave my $3.38 old, bitter coffee every time. It’s Ridiculous, buying a cup of coffee shouldn’t be aggravating. You got me for the last time.
