There are no words to describe how incredibly delicious and perfectly cooked the pizza is at captains Pizza but I can try . I’ve been a foodie since I was born . I am now a private 5 star chef at the golden pineapple NBTX . I’ve had the luxury and privilege of eating pizza in Rome , the Amati coast , Paris , Geneva Switzerland and never ever have I encounter such precise science that creates the most delicate dough topped with the freshest and well sought out ingredients to create a pizza that literally melts on your mouth . You can’t take this pizza home with you it’s so perfectly crafted that you want to have it fresh out the fire oven designed to cook it to perfection . Every bite is better than the other . I’ve always been very carb conscious but once I get there I already know that a whole pie to myslef id the only way . The dough is make daily it’s perfectly light , perfectly crunchy and flake from the center to the incredible crust . The tomato sauce is just right the amount of cheese is perfect and the pepperoni just has character . Long gone are the days where I wish there was more salt in the dough , or more cheese and less tomato . This pizza I obviously had crafted by geniuses who know what they are doing . Home slice is good New York style pizza but captain pizza is a masterpiece. It’s ancient recipe done so right . It’s like the perfect TV show you want to binge and never come to an end . You just can’t wait for another season . Both Isaac and his business partner have won my respect and patronage for life . Do yourself a favor and go to the far lounge and try the world most amazing pizza .

Owners are very friendly and have passion for their food. We had the breakfast sandwich and it was delicious! The sandwiches are only available on the weekends for now. Highly recommend to more people in the south Austin area. Will be here again for more!

I usually eat at smokin brew bbq but switched it up. Got the pizza sandwich and mozzarella bites. Both cold. $15 bucks for cheese bread and the sauce was cold. At 730pm so full on dinner. Also no cutlery so get extra napkins.

I was at the Salsa Festival last week at Far Out Lounge and tried Captain’s Pizza. My ultimate favorite (not pictured) is the pizza sandwich. Their pizza dough is made fresh daily and it’s so light, I surprisingly ate the whole thing with no regrets. Their fresh pesto is damn good too!

Omg!! Best pizza in Austin! The pizza sandwich should be illegal it’s so good. Super nice guys They foster dogs and help them get adopted through the business. I would eat that pizza sandwich everyday if i could. High quality ingredients and Italian flour for the dough!

This pizza was AMAZING!!! Highly recommend. We got the 1/2 hot honey pepperoni 1/2 Margarita with pesto and then added burrata on top and it was mouth watering! Great price, great service, great atmosphere and some solid food. Definitely the best pizza in Austin!!

Went to a concert to see Washed Out at the Far Out Lounge, and was pleasantly surprised to find there was a pizza truck in the parking lot. Expected to have just a greasy pizza but was grateful to actually get an excellent pizza. In addition, the owner was pleasant and of course, you are in a parking lot.. but not a problem. Had a place to eat. Would recommend the pizza. I got pepperoni.
