Mexican Grill, but I have to especially shout out the manager, Cheyenne — she’s truly the best! You can tell she takes pride in her store. Everything is always clean, organized, and running smoothly when she’s there.
The food is consistently fresh, the portions are generous, and the staff is friendly and efficient. Cheyenne leads her team so well and it really shows in the overall atmosphere and service. It’s rare to see management that genuinely cares, and she absolutely does.
This location is my go-to because of the great experience every time. Highly recommend!

Recommend this chipotle!!! Most of the workers are very nice and fast-paced, which makes the whole process smooth and efficient. They were respectful and made sure everything was made the way I asked. The atmosphere is clean and well-kept, which makes it comfortable to sit and enjoy a meal if need be. There wasn’t a long wait either, even during a busy time. Overall definitely love this chipotle!!! Also love Chey the manager she is the sweetest!!!

Really good experience overall. The staff was friendly and respectful, service was quick, and everything felt organized even when it was busy. My order was handled correctly, and the team communicated well and kept things moving without any attitude. The store looked clean, the pickup/line process was smooth, and I didn’t have to wait long. I also liked that they listened to what I asked and made sure it was right. Solid customer service and a well-run location—would definitely come back.

This is my go to chipotle around this area. Everyone is so nice especially the boss Cheyenne who keeps the food fresh and to the standards it needs to be, and who is very sweet to her employees if i might add. The portions are great and the restaurant is always clean when i come in. I recommend coming to this one if you want a good meal with a quick service.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this five star review goes specifically to the service folks working the line and the manager, Cheyenne (spelling?) – First, Cheyenne was so evidently passionate about her job and the group of folks working there – it was so refreshing to witness how she was going above and beyond to support them as she was closing up for the day. It was honestly inspiring. She was enthusiastic, positive, spoke to everyone on her team with respect, offered to help enable one of her staff members on how to work a machine even during her off hours, and was extremely kind doing it. It’s no wonder the sweet lady actually making the bowls (I failed to get her name) was also so pleasant – I think the work environment speaks volumes. The lady servicing us also went above and beyond to smile and entertain our 1yr own daughter (she was so sweet to her!) while efficiently building out bowls! 🙂 that’s the kind of service I feel lacks at many of the other chipotle locations we go to.

This is the most disappointing meal I can ever remember having. Now I wish I could forget it. We did a pick-up order for our way home from an outing. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, mild tomato, medium corn, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. She ordered barbacoa tocos with white rice and cheese. What could go wrong?….
No cheese anywhere. My girlfriend tried to rectify the situation over the phone. The store doesn’t answer their phone. A computer does. Nothing can be rectified over the phone. Have to text message in the app and they connect her with someone who was not very polite. They offered two free drinks, but we live several miles from the store and that still wouldn’t rectify the situation.
Meanwhile, I decided to eat mine anyway. Oooo, big mistake. The rice was hard and there was barely any chicken in it. I couldn’t eat it. She didn’t touch hers. Now she is hangry.

We ordered & picked up from the Chipotle in Bellmawr this evening and when I got home and opened the bag there were 2 large orders of chips beyond well done & hard, the guacamole was mostly black and my husband’s bowl was extremely salty. I tried contacting the store and their automated system would not put me through to a human. I tried notifying them online and it would not let me upload my photos. Horrible experience!
