Absolutely loved the Pizza Hut Melt and wings combo! The Melt was perfectly crispy on the outside and packed with gooey, flavorful cheese and savory toppings inside, cooked to order and served piping hot. The wings were juicy with just the right amount of tangy barbecue kick, and the dipping sauces took it to the next level. Great portion size and bold flavor — definitely ordering again! Staff was also very welcoming and accommodating, highly recommend this location! Thumbs

Trash service. Would not honor a “local deal “ for $10 pizza. Have pictures and screen shots to prove. After calling they were rude and told us not to even call back or come back. This place honors no deals and makes everything full price.

Pizza Hut in Roanoke does not disappoint!! Super Fast Delivery!! Hot and delicious pizza exactly as you’d imagined it before you called!! So helpful and polite in the phone and on the porch. There was a little snafu with my form of payment. No biggie, but gal was patient and did not mind an extra phone call to confirm that all was done right. Was very grateful for that! New in town and misstated my zip code. The pizza was fresh, hot and FAST

This was hands down the best Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to—and I’ve been to a lot! The food came out steaming HOT and absolutely delicious. The crust was perfectly golden and crispy on the outside, soft and chewy inside. The cheese was gooey and melty in all the right ways, and the toppings were fresh, flavorful, and generously spread. Every bite was just chef’s kiss.
But what truly made the experience unforgettable was Jessica, our waitress. She was absolutely amazing—not only attentive and professional, but genuinely kind and sweet. Her warm demeanor was such a refreshing touch and made the whole meal even more enjoyable. If you’re lucky enough to get Jessica, you’re in for top-tier service. Highly recommend!

SO happy to have the buffet back. This Pizza Hut does not disappoint! The day manager is so personable and considerate, she even asked us what pizza we’d like to have on the buffet. The buffet was hot, fresh and plentiful until well after the buffet time was over. Definitely worth our drive. Can’t wait to go back! Thank you for such a pleasant lunchtime 🙂

* drove 30 miles just to eat here NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

* they refused to correct our service and we had to carry our order from one table to OUR table when she slammed it on a different table just because we told her she had our order wrong.

Our waitress was kind and attentive. We ordered the salad bar, breadsticks, a super deluxe deep dish pizza, and a pepperoni pizza with stuffed crust. The salad bar was bland. The croutons were crushed and stale, and the vegetables were dried out. The dough on the super deluxe was raw, and the vegetable toppings were not cooked. The pepperoni pizza was thin and floppy, but the stuffed crust was decent. The breadsticks with marinara were good! But on our way out, I noticed a female employee sitting in the dining room at a messy table filling the marinara cups. Employees don’t wear gloves. The atmosphere overall is bland and disgusting. Please stop preparing food in the dining room!

The server was doing the best she could. The atmosphere is dirty, cold, and depressing. It really tasted like gas station or frozen pizza. The stuffed crust pizza we ordered was soggy and floppy. The phone would ring very loudly and no one would answer it. I will go out of my way not to eat here again.

I will never order delivery again from a place that charges what should go to their delivery driver seeing as they use their personal vehicle and gas while your company mooches off that service you don’t even actually provide. Shame on you, bless your drivers and employees your store staff is great. Corporate needs improvement and that’s putting it lightly
